Here’s what I’m running right now. Reta was the first thing I used, and motsc came after. The results have been great for me — I’ve dropped 25lbs. I’ve now brought in tesamorelin at 1mg daily, aiming to strip off the remaining fat. My target is 8-10% body fat. I picked up GHK-cu to help my skin clear up. Honestly, I feel fantastic and I’m getting smaller. When I hit that 8-10% body fat goal, I intend to replace tesamorelin with CJC (no dac) and ipamorelin — I’m not 100% settled on the dosing or schedule yet. Any help on that would be much appreciated. Any info at all would be very helpful.

I don’t entirely agree with that.

Without knowing the exact dosages, there’s no way to judge the stack properly — you’d just be guessing.

And I don’t see a compelling case for throwing CJC (no DAC) + Ipamorelin into this. Sure, they hit different pathways, but realistically they don’t stack up to Tesamorelin when it comes to fat loss.

If Tesamorelin is being dropped and you still want that outcome, HGH is the better route.

CJC + Ipa = recovery / sleep

HGH = a stronger, more reliable fat loss signal

Once you’re at that level (8–10%), peptides matter less anyway — execution does.

Switching can't come soon enough for me — I really need the sleep! As for tesa, it's still too early for me to form a view.

Right now my weekly Reta dose is 3mg, motsc is 2mg taken every day, tesa is 1mg per day, and GHK-cu is also 1mg per day. Once I begin my bulk, I was considering swapping tesa out for CJC/ipa. At the moment I figure I'm sitting at roughly 13-15% body fat, so there's still a bit left to lose before the bulk starts. I realize HGH is the superior option, but I'd prefer to avoid shutting down my natural production. HGH is something I have never used.

At 3 mg weekly, Retatrutide is already a respectable dosage.

As for 2 mg of MOTS-C taken every day — that works, though I'd prefer to run MOTS-C only on days you don't train.

A 1 mg dose of Tesamorelin is on the lower side. Most people would begin at about 2 mg instead.

Tesamorelin and HGH share a comparable pathway, but Tesamorelin goes about it indirectly — it tells the liver to ramp up IGF-1 output, and that in turn drives lipolysis. HGH, by contrast, works more directly within the body.

Whether 1 mg of GHK-Cu per day makes sense comes down to what you're after — skin, recovery, healing, and so on.

CJC-1295 plus Ipamorelin won't stand in for Tesamorelin. Their mechanisms of action differ.

On the subject of HGH: your body naturally makes about 1.5 IU each day, and that output usually bounces back once you quit using HGH.

Ultimately, the choice of what suits your goal is yours — what I've laid out is simply the stack I'd suggest.

It looks like AI is writing your comments for you. Claude is available to everyone here, so there's no point in dressing up its output to sound more human before posting it.

As for the original poster: what's your age? From what I've seen, GHK-Cu mainly benefits people who are 40 or older.

Yeah, I rely on AI to translate — I speak German and the chat renders it straight into English for me 🙂. My English isn't terrible, but putting this kind of discussion into writing is tough for me. I'm 33, and GHK isn't really a classic bodybuilding peptide in the same category as GHRPs or IGF compounds. It sits more in the skin/anti-aging space.

It gets used for recovery, some skin tightening, and in theory gene modulation, though the evidence on that is still fairly limited. Much of what's out there is practical experience rather than solid human research.

At 1 mg you're on the lower end; depending on the protocol, most people move closer to ~2 mg.

Also, it isn't something reserved for the 40+ crowd. If your aim is skin quality, gene modulation, and prevention, you can start it sooner.

Sorry about that. Going forward, it would help if you dropped the long EM dashes "–". Writing that comes across as AI-generated loses credibility, and plenty of folks either get insulted or won't treat you as serious.

Yeah, I get it — I can't stand the dash either, haha. Still, those who are in the know will realize that (based on the data available right now, hopefully) I'm not off base 😅.

German guy, your funny words are great!

Compared to us Americans, your people are better educated. In your opinion, how many grams of animal protein per kg are truly needed? 2+g/kg is what some claim, but to me that seems excessive.

Hello, and welcome to GLP1Chat.

Sitting at 8%-10% body fat is seriously impressive.

If losing fat is what you care about most, my own pick would be hgh rather than a secretogoblin like tesa, ipa, or cjc.

Best of luck hitting your target!

Nope, every one of them has the same level of education. Research makes it obvious that 1.6 suffices for Good Protein, yet each individual varies. You are free to go higher, and 2.2 is preferable, and with steroids, and if you are Hungry Till 3

Appreciate it! I'm increasing how much I take so the cut gets more aggressive.

You're nearly fluent in English. I'm able to assist

Only an idea 😛 German isn't a language I know, however as a native speaker I'm highly proficient and I teach well.

Edit: The forum filter keeps flagging me 😭😭😭 What I'm doing is offering you English tutoring

I can't wait to add more peptides to my routine. Being older and having put my body through a lot over the years, I'm taking it slow. Lol. During an Easter sale I picked up several blood tests, so I can check myself 4 times over the next 6 months. My plan is to bring in a single item at a time and track what it does to me by looking at my labs.

I appreciate 😂 your willingness to assist me with my English, up to this point I haven't been using AI HAHA. that's how my English is.

To support your cut, peptides are an option hahaha.

Right now I'm on about half of that stack, and I intend to add most of the remaining parts. I'm tapering from 7.5mg Tirz over to Reta, so I'm taking 5mg+2.5mg until the switch is complete. On top of that, I use 5mg of Mots on my two run days each week, and skip it on the other 5 training days.

I've got 2months of Tesa on order at 2mg per day. Once that's finished, I expect I'll be around my goal weight, so I've also ordered CJC+Ipa (likely 0.2-0.4mg per day, blended) to start after the Tesa runs out. With CJC+Ipa I'm hoping to see something improve on the sleep side, since I don't use caffeine and I keep a consistent bedtime and wake time, yet I sleep very lightly and restlessly.

Appreciate the feedback. I won't be increasing the Reta, it stays as is. The motsc I'll

continue with, and the tesa is something I've wanted to raise. I only wanted to begin at a low dose so I could observe how my body responds. The CjC and ipa act through separate pathways. If I'm mistaken, let me know, but wouldn't that pairing suit a bulk phase better? The tesa I'm currently taking is meant for the cutting phase. As for the GHk-cu, my main reason for using it is skin health.

I'm 43, and my reason for using it is skin health. Later on I was considering a switch to KLOW, so that I wouldn't need to pin 4 separate times. That one I'd want for skin health plus recovery time as well

Will be going into a bulk

appreciate it. Yeah, that goal is a hard one, but I know diet and exercise will get me there. When I reach it, my plan is to shift the diet toward a bulk with more calories, protein and carbs. That's the point where I was thinking of moving to CjC and ipa, no longer for fat loss. Right now I'm around 12-15%, and my abs are starting to creep out lol

Right now I'm on Reta, 1mg/pw, and honestly it's changed everything for me. I only got into GLP1 during the last year, and Reta is the only one I've used. Tirz? Never had the chance to test it. Lately, people I train with at the gym mentioned they've been stacking KLOW because it helps with rest and recovery, not just what a GLP1 does. That's a big part of why I signed up here: I wanted to dig deep into other peptides, since AAS forums don't really cover them.
