Hey everyone! I'm Kelsey from the Arizona desert 🌵

I'm a very active grandma who believes the barbell should always be heavier than my excuses. I love lifting heavy, rock climbing, scuba diving, golfing, and listening to audiobooks whenever I'm in the car. I've been on the peptide journey for over a year, and it has been one of the best decisions I've made for my health and quality of life.

I firmly believe aging is inevitable, but how we age is something we can influence. Getting old is NOT for the weak, and I'm going to fight it with every tool I can! Looking forward to getting to know everyone and learning from this awesome community.

Welcome. Im also a grandma with some very active grandkids. I' m going to do what I can to be able to participate in activities with them.

Welcome! I love your outlook on aging! I never thought I would care as much as I do! In my forties and as soon as I looked in the mirror and at a picture of myself after getting healthy I was like ‘oh no this isn’t happening!’ Now I’m looking at all the avenues! I started on GHK the beginning of May, but it’s so spicy I don’t know if it’s one I can keep up with daily 😭

I know all about the sting... Two suggestions, let it come to room temperature before pinning and pin slowly. Second, try the top buttocks, its a less spicy in that area. It's worth a little bite, I promise 🙂

What an amazing introduction, I love seeing older folk that are not just rotting away and actively fighting back against aging. Insane inspiration for my future self 🙂

I have done ALL the things 😭 literally. The first vial I had to grit my teeth but thought I found the way. Went on vaca for 2 weeks so stopped came home and started the 2nd and this one leaves red itchy welts that last for days. Then they seems to turn into like a fat deposit ball. But I’ve tried it all…more BAC, room temp, thigh, love handle, butt, super slow, angle, Benadryl, Castro oil, bite stick. All of it! So far I’ve not seen results 😒
