Hi everyone! I'm in North Carolina, and PCOS/PMOS has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I've tried every health approach out there, but after my second baby arrived not long ago, I'm in worse shape than I've ever been. I'm at a breaking point and eager to turn my health around—especially the ongoing inflammation and physical pain.
Being fully honest here: my weight went past 300lb while I was pregnant, and I'm furious with myself about it. I don't even want to step outside—I feel so ashamed of how I look and how I feel. I want to do better for my kids and my husband. They deserve more from me, and I deserve better for myself. So saying I'm glad to be here and pick things up is a massive understatement.
I'm thankful for the chance to learn from all of you
