Hello! I live in North Carolina and have struggled with PCOS/PMOS basically my entire life. I’ve done it all when it comes to my health, yet am worse off than ever before after having had my second baby a bit ago. I’m desperate and so ready to improve my overall health, specifically chronic inflammation and body pain.
To be incredibly vulnerable, I crossed the 300lb mark during pregnancy and am so mad at myself. I don’t want to leave the house, I’m so embarrassed of how I look and feel. I want to be better for my kids and husband. They deserve more from me and I deserve better for myself. So to say I’m happy to be here and learn the ropes is truly an understatement.
I am grateful to get to learn from you all
