INTRO noob from TX

Down the research rabbit hole I go - I've been through the 'new users' guides and the rule posts on a few boards and Discords. What I still miss is a glossary thread that spells out all the acronyms.
As for me: just getting started on telehealth compounded tirz, and asking myself every day why I'm being such a chicken about grey. Half of me wants to fill the freezer with Reta before it becomes impossible to get hold of.

I'm not even off the starting line yet. Starting with grey sounds right to me, I just can't work out what exactly I need ...and I'm not sure it's even OK to ask
