Just started the research rabbit hole - I've read some great 'new users' guides, all the rules from various forums, discord, etc. I still wish there was a glossary or a glossary thread that identified all of the acronyms.

As for me, just started my journey, using telehealth compounded tirz and wondering every day why in the world I'm being chicken about grey - part of me wants to fill the freezer with Reta b/c I'm worried by the time I get up the guts it will be impossible to get.

I haven't even started my journey. Id like to start with grey but I just can't seem to figure out what exactly I need ...and I'm not sure it's ok to actually ask 😅
