Hey everyone. Glad to have stumbled onto a group like this where I can learn and put my full attention on getting healthier. I'm 49 right now, and back in my younger days I was a seriously good athlete. Years of chasing jobs and parking myself at a desk have wrecked my body. I weigh 135 kg, and the results from my most recent blood test show I'm heading straight toward diabetes and similar issues. My hope is that peptides can provide the jumpstart I need to get back to losing fat, since over the past two years I've attempted every approach out there and simply can't overcome the food noise or shed any weight. On top of that, I've been cycling through one diet after another. What am I after? Without just following the crowd, I've noticed that peptides such as Reta, Mots, C and others seem to be the popular choice and people are getting great results. So that's the reason I'm here. I live in New Zealand, and I'm not really sure how any of this works or what the acronyms, prices and so on are. But I'll take my time researching before I pull the trigger on this. If any other New Zealanders are around, give a shout. Thanks once more to everyone, and especially to the moderators and the people who created this page. It's great.

Hi. You brought up food noise. Have you thought about tirz? My food noise was terrible, and it has helped enormously. Because of how tirz functions, dosing over 7 days wasn't effective in my case, so I moved to a split dose. I now inject every 5 days (these days I alternate it with a low dose of reta), though before reta I used to inject every 4.

I've been considering a stack of Reta, Mots C, and Tesamorelin for a period. I've heard Tirz works really well on visceral fat. Are you based in FFN NZ?

From what I know, it's Tesa that has the reputation for Visceral fat. As I understand it, it was prescribed to HIV patients who were dealing with a lot of Visceral fat as a result of their medication's side effects.

For me, Reta, Tesa, and GHKcu are the S tier peptides.

Hey there, fellow Kiwi... Reta taken once weekly (in the morning) has worked really well for me, and I've recently started adding Tesa during the evenings. I've lost 18Kg over 5 months. Best of luck on your journey!

At the beginning, my bmi was 44.5. Food noise was something I dealt with terribly as well. Getting from there to a bmi of 30 took 12 months, and it felt as though I had stepped into an entirely different existence — no longer fixated on food every waking moment, or on what I would eat, or when I would eat next, or on wanting food right after I had already eaten.

Since you started including Tesa, what changes have you picked up on? .. or is it still too soon to say?

Sleep has improved 🙂 (the Tesa is taken at night on an empty stomach), and it got my weight loss going once more, particularly around the midsection.

What's the length of time Tesa has been part of your stack?

Kia ora, my starting weight was 154 and I've dropped to 114. It's been a grind, and peptides aren't the whole story - roughly half, I'd say. Altogether, this has been a 3 year process.

I feel a huge amount better - no more embarrassing moments, and moving and stretching comes far more easily now.

Could you explain what you mean when you say S tier peptides? I'm just starting out here and want to learn as much as I can
