Hi all. Happy to be here I’m glad I found a community where I can be educated and really concentrate on my health. Currently 49 years old and as a young man was a hell of an athlete. Chasing careers and sitting at desks has taken its toll on my body. I’m 135 kg and my last blood test say I’m well on the way to becoming diabetic etc. Hoping peptides can give me that kickstart back into fat loss because the last two years I’ve tried everything and just can’t beat the food noise or drop weight. I’ve also been on the merry go round of different types of diets. What I want? Jump jumping on the bandwagon I see that peptides like Reta Mots C etc are the go and with great results. So that that’s why I’m here. I’m a resident of New Zealand and don’t know quite how it all works or what the acronyms prices etc all are. But I’ll take my time in my research before pulling the trigger on this. If there’s any New Zealanders on here sing out. Thanks again everyone especially to the moderators and creators of this page. It’s great.

Hi. You mention food noise. Have you considered tirz? I had horrible food noise and it has made a huge difference. Due to the way tirz works the 7 day dosing didn't work for me, so I switched to a split dose. I dose every 5 days (I now alternate with a low dose of reta), although I used to dose every 4 before reta.

I believe it's Tesa that's known for Visceral fat. From my understanding, it was diagnosed to HIV patients who were experienceing a high amount of Visceral fat because of the side effects from their medication.

In my opinon Reta, Tesa, and GHKcu are the S tier peptides.

Hello Fellow NZer... Have had great success with Reta once a week (Morning) and recently added Tesa in the evenings. Down 18Kg is 5 months. Good luck with the journey!

I had a bmi of 44.5 when I first started. I struggled so bad with food noise too. It took me a year to drop down to a bmi of 30 and it was like I was living a whole different life not constantly thinking about food all the time or what I’m going to eat or when my next meal was or that I want food even though I had just eaten

What have you noticed adding in the Tesa? .. or to early to tell?

Better sleep 🙂 ( I take the Tesa fasted at night), and kickstarted my weighloss again especially the belly area.

Kia ora, I started at 154 - now down to 114. Been a mission, hasn’t been all to do with peptides - maybe half of it has. My journey has taken 3 years.

Feel immensely better - embarrassments gone, I can move and stretch so much easier.

What do you mean by S tier peptides? I'm new to this and eager to learn
