Hello everyone, im a little late in the intro as ive already made 3 orders from the vendor connection page, won't say which one because it says no names but very happy with process and product. I actually had some tirz sitting around from a previous personal trial that abruptly ended because of emergency surgery. Now I have another surgery and doc wanted to me to lose 40lbs in 10wks. 6'0 tall, Im not 400lbs but I am 260lbs so hes asking to drop 15% bodyweight in 10wks lol so far im down 25lbs in 4 was so I think ill pull it off.
 
25lbs in 4 weeks is insane!1 Making this kind of progress that fast definitely gives hope that you will make it to your goal in the time you need. I have faith you can do it. Good luck and welcome!

Thanks! Its def not "healthy" I wouldn't recommend it to anyone but what I can say is it definitely wouldn't be possible without the appetite suppression of tirz+reta

Goodness that is a lot quick. I’m surprised a doctor recommended that much that fast! Best of luck, although doesn’t sound like you need it! Hope your surgery goes well!

Its a full abdominal wall reconstruction, I have multiple incisional hernias from multiple laparotomys (waste to upper abs incision) and basically the chances of never needing another surgery increase exponentially with every pound of pressure i can take off my midsection
