Hey all, I know I'm getting to this intro a bit late — I've already placed 3 orders through the vendor connection page. I won't name which one, since the rule says no names, but both the product and the process have left me very satisfied. I happened to have some tirz on hand from an earlier personal trial that got cut short when I needed emergency surgery. Now I'm facing another surgery, and my doc wants 40lbs gone in 10wks. At 6'0, I'm not 400lbs, but I am 260lbs, so he's basically asking for a 15% bodyweight drop in 10wks lol. So far I'm down 25lbs in 4, so I figure I'll manage it.
 
25lbs in 4 weeks is insane!1 Dropping that much that quickly really does make it seem possible to hit your target when you need to. I believe you've got this in you. Best of luck, and glad to have you here!

Appreciate it! I'm not going to pretend this is "healthy" — I wouldn't tell anyone else to do it. All I can really say is that without the appetite suppression from tirz+reta, none of this would have been doable.

Wow, that's happening really fast. I can't believe a doctor would suggest such a high amount so soon! Wishing you the best — though it seems like you're already doing great! Hope everything goes smoothly with your surgery!

I'm scheduled for a complete abdominal wall rebuild. Because of several laparotomies, I've developed multiple incisional hernias (the incision runs from my waist up to my upper abs). In short, the likelihood of avoiding any future operation grows dramatically for each pound of pressure I can relieve from my midsection.
