Hey everyone,
After a long stretch of just reading, I've made up my mind to share what I'm planning. My focus has been on how the body is put together over the long haul, and I'm now set on a 48-week commitment to reshape my frame into what I've been aiming for. A "quick fix" isn't what I'm after—what I want is a methodical, exact build.
A DEXA scan was done not long ago so I could establish a genuine starting point. It showed I have roughly 115 lbs of lean tissue. On the health side, my fasting glucose reads 86 mg/dL and my liver markers look good (ALT 31). Keeping these numbers safe matters a lot to me, so the main aim is to move forward without harming my metabolic health.
The target is to reach 185 lbs at 20% body fat by this time next year. According to the DEXA, around 80–90% of the fat I currently carry is subcutaneous, so my plan is a phased method to remove those surface layers while reinforcing what's underneath.
For close to two months I've been researching, and I'm nearly ready to start a 4 cycle program.
