Hi everyone, I just wanted to say hello and share my story here. Menopause began for me roughly 3 years ago. After a year of struggling, I started HRT, and everything improved 100% — the only thing that did not was the weight gain. The 30 lbs I had put on would not come off. I gave everything a shot… exercise, calorie deficit, keto, and supplements.

Then last October, a friend told me about Reta. By February, those 30 lbs were gone. I feel like myself again. At this point I am on maintenance. Whether that is even the correct approach, I am not sure, since the information out there conflicts so much. Perhaps it is because I am staying at my ideal weight.

An OB-GYN I follow who focuses on menopause mentioned a study indicating that women using GLPs while on HRT see better results than those not on HRT. I am just curious what other women have experienced.

Meant to add that I'm thinking about starting something for anti aging. I've been looking at GHK or Glow. Would love to hear people's experiences with either.

Hello and thanks for having me!

My menopause has already completed, and I receive TRT as part of my routine. In my experience, Reta does a great deal for both hormones and inflammation. The hormonal weight I picked up is absolutely being addressed by it. My time on it has been short so far, yet the gaining has been brought to a halt.

KLOW is what I intend to begin next. I'll report back on how that turns out.

That's a genuinely intriguing angle. Given how heavily hormones influence both metabolism and appetite control, the logic tracks—yet I've come across very little practical conversation about it.
