Began on reta but the side effects hit me hard — lots of throwing up and similar issues — so I quit and made the switch to tirz. On tirz things have gone much smoother; aside from feeling off when I eat fatty foods (which I no longer even crave), I've had virtually nothing to complain about.
Right now I'm just cruising along at 10mg (more or less, depending on how much over or under the vial actually is) since the weight keeps coming off steadily and easily, with no noticeable side effects. I'm holding off on bumping the dose until I see whether it eventually stops working. The one thing I'm actually struggling with is figuring out which protein and meal supplements to pick, since nutrition is a subject I know nothing about.

It’s good that you’ve landed on the option that suits you. Until now, I wasn’t aware of anyone reporting worse side effects with reta compared to tirz. What was your tirz titration schedule like?
I followed the usual approach: began at 2.5, then increased by 2.5 each month until reaching 10, and I've stayed at that dose for quite some time.

Hi there! I’m also on tirz! My dose moves around between 10 and 12.5mg! Most of the time I’ll take 12.5mg, wait 1.5 weeks, then take 10mg. I decide based on how I’m feeling or whether I catch myself snacking more.
I figure if your calorie and protein intake matches your body weight, you should be okay. Also, based on what your nutrition looks like, I’d add a daily multivitamin.
Yet another person without sight verifies that he's headed in the correct direction, despite having no idea of his location.

A third individual lacking vision believes he possesses knowledge of the route, and requests an address.

At last, the initial blind person, brimming with certainty, provides guidance to the third.
Should you have grasped one another, then you too understand my meaning.
Dude, why are you even here? Simply walk away. Nobody here messed with you.
And it's pretty bold to think my question came from anything but wanting to know.
Let me lay out the issue right now. The OP shares nothing about SW, LW, GW, the duration of Reta use, or the dose, and tirz is equally unexplained. Whether the vials were underfilled or overfilled doesn't seem to matter to them either. Reading it isn't even worthwhile.
The second individual also provides no details and isn't even sticking to a protocol, yet backs up what the first one said.
Neither of them is in any position to guide anyone but themselves.
Turning to them for advice isn't appropriate. Instead, go through threads and seek guidance from those who have actually stuck to protocols, understand their actions, and can offer advice responsibly.
You requested information, and what you got back was 1,2,3,4. Does that leave you satisfied?
