Hello everyone, I’m joining from southwestern Ontario. I’m new here and still learning how everything works. I’ve been using a glp1 for 15 weeks and have lost 25lbs, and I feel great!

Hi Elizabeth C, welcome! I'm also on a glp1 and I've just dropped my first 24lbs. It's a wonderful feeling, right? Have you run into any problems whatsoever? I consider myself lucky that nothing has bothered me since that initial week. It didn't take long for me to figure out that portions needed to shrink and that greasy, high-fat foods were best avoided. If I slip up, I tend to feel a little unwell. Eating clean has actually become a good routine for me.

What GLP-1 are you taking, and at what dosage? By how much do you intend to raise it?

Opinions differ quite a bit on the timing and size of dose increases. My own approach has been effective for me, though I'm always interested in learning how other people handle it!

Hi and welcome aboard! I'm in my 3rd week on Reta, and peptides are completely new territory for me too. Roughly 10 pounds have come off — probably a lot of that is water — but my sleep and energy shifted almost immediately. On top of that, appetite suppression kicked in from the very first 1mg dose. As of this week I've moved up to 1.5MG, and my plan is to keep titrating gradually so my body has time to catch up, which I'm hoping translates into stronger results. Feel free to ask me anything, and I hope your progress keeps going well and that you find some great folks in this space.

I’m on reta. My mindset has been that this is a marathon, not a sprint. I began at 1mg and I’m now at 3mg. For the past 3-4 weeks, my weight loss hasn’t budged. I think I’m finally going to bump it up again to 4mg. My aim is just to stay on the lowest dose that still works for getting me to my goals.

Nice work on the weight loss! Looking back, what would you say has been the biggest “aha” for you so far?

And what medication are you taking?

Reta! Currently on 4mg.

Tera is what I’m on, at 4mg, and I’ve since brought in ghkcu plus mots. Peptides have turned into a real fixation for me.

My mistake — it's Reta I'm on!

I'm currently on 4mg of Reta. I just wrapped up a cycle of ss31 and mots. At this point, since I'm nearing my goal weight, my attention has shifted to quality longevity peptides.

I'm running 4mg of Reta too — that dose is definitely my sweet spot. My next injection is in about 24 hrs, and there's no food noise at all. Pretty impressive. I'll look into those other peps you mentioned.
