Hello everyone, I’m joining from southwestern Ontario. I’m new here and still learning how everything works. I’ve been using a glp1 for 15 weeks and have lost 25lbs, and I feel great!

What GLP-1 are you taking, and at what dosage? By how much do you intend to raise it?Elizabeth C said:
I haven't run into any problems so far, though I suspect a dose increase will be needed before long.

Nice work on the weight loss! Looking back, what would you say has been the biggest “aha” for you so far?Elizabeth C said:

Opinions differ quite a bit on the timing and size of dose increases. My own approach has been effective for me, though I'm always interested in learning how other people handle it!
Tera is what I’m on, at 4mg, and I’ve since brought in ghkcu plus mots. Peptides have turned into a real fixation for me.Beachnwaves98 said:

And what medication are you taking?
My mistake — it's Reta I'm on!Elizabeth C said:

I'm currently on 4mg of Reta. I just wrapped up a cycle of ss31 and mots. At this point, since I'm nearing my goal weight, my attention has shifted to quality longevity peptides.bk0004 said:

I'm running 4mg of Reta too — that dose is definitely my sweet spot. My next injection is in about 24 hrs, and there's no food noise at all. Pretty impressive. I'll look into those other peps you mentioned.Elizabeth C said:
