46M looking to at least feel like I'm 43 again.😉

The last few years seemed like a sharp decline in energy and performance. Was used to hitting the gym 4-6 days a week and then even finding motivation for a single day or two felt mountainous.

Started seeing gains like crazy, just not the good kind. I've always fluctuated in weight but could take it off easily enough focusing on the workouts and eating a little better. The last couple of years just couldn't get the scale to move in the right direction, even when doing the right things.

Started Reta about 10 weeks ago. Still haven't gone past 1.5mg per week and down about 18lbs.

About 3 weeks ago, I started adding in some MOTS (1.5mg 3x/week) & NAD+ (30mg 2x/week) and finally feel somewhat "normal" again.

It's been amazing seeing actual change and progress even with the "low and slow" route.

Already have a couple of gym bros jumping on the peptide bandwagon with me.

Recommendations for research, stacks, protocols, podcasts/youtube, ect are welcome.

How has the food noise been?

Is it something you had before you started?

I’m going from tirz to ret so I’m curious how it reduces food noise.

My food noise has definitely been quieted. Starts to creep in a little bit towards the end of the week, but considering the low dose, it's been fine.

I have noticed my usual sugar cravings have really decreased and I get fuller faster.

I've only tried Reta so I don't have a comparison between it and Tirz.

Low and slow isn’t a bad thing, sounds like it ends up being healthier in the long run. What effects have you noticed after adding the MOTS in?

More energy throughout the day. The first few weeks on Reta were a little rough towards the end of the workday. Found myself needing a solid hour long power nap instead of my usual 15min one.

Actually noticed the NAD+ a bit more. The NAD energy seemed a bit more immediate, while the MOTS was more gradual and sustained.

I started out with the MOTS for 2 weeks before adding the NAD into the rotation.

MOTS: Mon/Wed/Fri and NAD: Tues/Thur
