46M, and my goal is basically to feel 43 once more.
Over the past few years, my energy and performance fell off a cliff. I used to be in the gym 4-6 days each week; eventually, summoning the drive for even 1 or 2 sessions felt like climbing a mountain.
Then the gains came fast — except they were the wrong sort. My weight has always gone up and down, but I could usually drop it by concentrating on training and cleaning up my diet a bit. These last 2 years, though, the scale refused to budge in the right direction, no matter how correctly I did things.
I began Reta roughly 10 weeks back. I still haven't exceeded 1.5mg weekly, and I'm down around 18lbs.
Roughly 3 weeks ago, I added MOTS (1.5mg 3x/week) & NAD+ (30mg 2x/week), and at last I feel more or less "normal" again.
Watching real change and progress happen, even while taking the "low and slow" approach, has been incredible.
A couple of gym bros are already hopping on the peptide train alongside me.
Any suggestions for research, stacks, protocols, podcasts/youtube, etc. are welcome.
