I'm based in the UK as well. At the moment I'm using mj in what you'd call the 'proper' manner, though I've been looking into what people report about reta and what the safety profile looks like. Seeing how lively this community is definitely puts my mind at ease!
For me, Reta turned out to be surprisingly mild when it came to killing my appetite. MJ/tirz beat it hands down on that front, though it left me with less energy. I'm considering keeping Reta as my base and layering Cag into the mix…
After reading through more discussions in this community, my plan is to combine a reduced tirz dose with 0.5 reta as a starting point. Since I already deal with a medical condition that brings on chronic fatigue, I can't take the chance of making it worse—and I've noticed many people say cagri leads to fatigue. It's frustrating, because reta/cag looks like the perfect way to break through my plateau if that side effect weren't an issue.
Yeah, absolutely! I feel for you dealing with chronic fatigue — that’s really rough. I was thinking about combining Tirz and Reta, but decided I’d give cag a go first. I don’t know whether the Reta I had was low quality or something, so I want to try another approach to verify it.
Based on what I've come across both on this forum and other places, reta doesn't appear to deliver much appetite suppression, if any, so perhaps it isn't the culprit. Still, I'd like to know how it manages to outperform sema and tirz over the long run when it lacks that suppressive effect.

That's the exact thing I've been asking myself! Maybe I'm clueless, but I really can't work out why Reta would deliver better results than tirz when the only thing that's happened to me since making the switch is putting the weight back on 🤷‍♀️

I haven't begun trying reta yet, though I've been taking a different appetite suppressant.

I know it's said constantly, but whole foods genuinely make a difference for nausea and for keeping the weight off. Even while on suppressants, bingeing is still possible, so the key is eating small amounts often. If acid reflux turns into an issue, have a carb such as rice or potato (bonus if the rice comes from frozen, since that lowers spikes!).

Hope this is useful 🙂
cheers for getting back to me!

Yeah I've kept the diet pretty strict throughout so haven't run into many problems, but the frozen rice trick is completely new to me? I'll try it out at some stage. Appreciate the suggestion!
Leftover rice kept in the fridge does the same thing, so don't let those leftovers go to waste!

Hey everyone,

27M here, and I've been doing peptide research for 7 weeks now — Reta specifically. So far I've dropped 7.6kg (17lbs) and I feel fantastic! There's still a long road ahead, but my confidence keeps building!

I used to be skeptical about medicated weight loss. Up until Jan this year I was serving in the military, and I was convinced it had to be done "properly" — wow, was I wrong!

A close friend and I decided to jump in together, and we both feel this is an excellent tool to help us reach our targets. We looked into things ourselves on socials and the internet, but of course each person's experience differs.

Eventually I came across this forum, and after browsing a few threads, joining was an easy decision.

If anybody has tips about Testing or personal experience regarding staying safe and pitfalls to steer clear of, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks in advance!
You're crushing it 💪💪 If you could give me that kind of support too, I'd really appreciate it
Cheers! Should anything particular come to mind, I might be able to offer something based on what I’ve picked up so far. Feel free to reach out 👍🏼
I'm only attempting to figure out who I can rely on when buying from someone
I'm in the same boat.

Yeah, I've come across the idea that rice left over is slower on digestion and causes a smaller blood sugar rise. hopefully that's true for frozen fried rice too lol I pick that up at Trader Joe's or Whole Foods for a few bucks as a fast meal to add a can of salmon for 50g+ protein plus a fried egg

On the subject of appetite suppression, I have to say I completely disagree with what was said.

There have been times I've practically had to make myself eat pre workout meals or snacks, purely because of that effect.

That said, it isn't instant — it builds up gradually. For me the first thing to fade was snacking, and even that happened so quietly I barely clocked it (I would simply not think about food).

My dose is now up at 2.5mg, and during the first week at that level I did get some side effects, though they have calmed down since. The one thing still off is my sleep, which isn't as good as before, but my routine is rock solid.

My only explanation is that the Reta you got hold of isn't any good. This week I'm down to 84kg, which makes 10kg (22lbs) lost in total. I actually had to eat more because my performance suffered, yet I'm still setting PB's in the gym.

Hey Mate

Same here — ex-military (Army) and based in the UK as well

I'm 3 weeks into my reta run and it has completely changed things for me

Personally, I check out the supplier along with whatever CoA they provide, and also see whether other forum members have had one done independently

A CoA test here in the UK costs roughly £400

Reta is still untried for me, so it isn't a case that whatever I have is 'no good'. Tirz is what I'm using, and right now I'm digging into whether stacking it with reta makes sense or whether I should just make the full switch.

That said, a fair number of folks in this community appear to pair reta with cagri, and the reason they give is that reta on its own doesn't suppress their appetite the way tirz does.

Maybe every one of those people is being taken for a ride, or maybe it's simply that responses vary from person to person — who really knows. Lots of users get brutal side effects from tirz, or stick with it despite side effects and still don't shed weight, and my guess is reta works out the same way.

After plenty of browsing and mulling it over, I reckon I’m off 😂 we’ll find out what shows up over the next 2 days 😂

Honestly, this forum is the reason things worked out for me. There was a point where I was convinced I'd fallen for a scam, but it turned out fine!

Wishing you the best of luck 💪🏼

I'm hoping things work out better for you than they did in my case. I gave tir a go, but my RHR jumped from 60 up to 80 BMP, which forced me to quit.
