Good evening, and thank you for the add.

I'm more of a lurker/reader than a poster, but I'd like to participate from time to time. Presently, I'm in information overload and look forward to reading through more of the threads.

From the recommendation of a holistic Dr. I had a visit with, and then with input from my gym-bro brother-in-law, I have started Reta... in my 6th week now. I'm curious about others as well, but am trying to not get ahead of myself.

Again, thanks for the add. Glad to be here, and I hope to get to know some of you more as time goes by.

Welcome, from the PNW as well

How's your experience on Reta been so far?

Hi neighbor! 🙂

I'm surprised by the benefits that aren't weight loss. It has taken away my cravings for sugar, which really surprised me. I didn't realize how much I needed that, but it's helping me on my path to eating 'right' without battling the cravings.

I'm doing 2mg per week, and am thinking I'll just stay at that dose for a while. I wanted to increase it, but my motivation was for weight loss, and I figured that was the wrong attitude to have, so I'm sticking with the 2mg for now.

Music to my ears! My cravings seem to come for random things, sugary, savoury, etc. Hopefully it handles all the noise at the same time for me as well. Stoked it's working for you well so far.

I think you're taking the right mindset with it, the thought/temptation to titrate up can sneak in to some people's mind but staying the course imo is always the best path, so long as progress hasn't stalled obviously. Good on you

Big fan of Reta! I’ve been on 2mg a week for almost 3 months now. I’ve lost about 7-9 pounds, but I didn’t really have much to lose.

I’m actually gaining weight now (intentionally) and still take Reta because it does help to mute those sugar cravings. I used to snack so much at work and now have no desire to. It’s great!
