Hey everyone,

Thought I’d finally introduce myself instead of just lurking in the shadows.

I’ve been on a pretty intense fitness journey for the last two years, mostly focusing on weightlifting to drop weight and build up some solid muscle. While I've made some great progress, that stubborn midsection fat just refused to budge no matter how dialed-in my diet and training were.

Because of that, I decided to take the plunge and started Retatrutide. I’m only a week in so far, so it’s early days, but I'm optimistic.

To add to the fun, I’m also dealing with the aftermath of a broken arm. It did some pretty nasty damage to my ligaments and tendons, so I’ll be adding BPC-157 and TB-500 into my routine shortly to help speed up the healing process and get back to 100%.

Looking forward to sharing the ups and downs, learning from you all, and swapping notes. Cheers

One week into the Reta down 4.5kg, have not changed my diet apart from adding in some more fibre. Wolverine stack to be started this coming week. I broke both my wrist and one elbow, I am 3 weeks out of casts and while doing quite well still suffering from some movement issue on all those due to being in cast for 7 weeks. Will update on how the bp and tb helps with this

I believe the BP and TP will help accelerate this process; are you going to do physical therapy or just use the Wolverine stack?

Regarding Reta I had a similar experience: 3 kg in two weeks.

I am doing some physio as well as still training at the gym. They aren’t too bad, I have got a decent amount of movement but there is still some lingering pain in the joints and at certain stretches. Hoping the bp and tb help accelerate the process. On day 3 of them so will see how it is in a week or two. Averaged out for the first week of Reta weightloss was just shy of 2kg. Will see how I am on week 2
