Hey everyone,

Figured it was time to stop lurking in the shadows and actually say hello.

For the past two years I've been grinding hard in the gym, mainly lifting weights to shed pounds and pack on some solid muscle. The progress has been good, but the fat around my midsection wouldn't move an inch, no matter how strict my diet and training got.

So I finally pulled the trigger and began Retatrutide. Only 1 week in at this point, so very early, but I'm feeling hopeful.

On top of that, I'm also recovering from a broken arm. It wrecked my ligaments and tendons pretty badly, so BPC-157 and TB-500 will be joining my routine soon to help speed up healing and get me back to 100%.

Excited to share the highs and lows, pick up knowledge from everyone, and compare notes. Cheers

Hello, hope your recovery goes well. It would be great if you were able to share how this stack works out for you with everyone here🙏

After 1 week on Reta, I'm down 4.5kg. My diet is the same except I've added extra fibre. Starting the Wolverine stack next week. I fractured both wrists and 1 elbow; it's been 3 weeks since the casts came off. Things are going fairly well, but I still have some movement problems in all of them from spending 7 weeks in casts. I'll report back on what bp and tb do for this.

My guess is that the BP and TP are going to speed that recovery along — do you plan on going through physical therapy, or are you only running the Wolverine stack?

As for Reta, my own results were pretty close: 3 kg across two weeks.

Alongside continuing my gym sessions, I'm also attending physio. The issues aren't severe—my range of motion is fairly good—but I still get some persistent joint discomfort during particular stretches. I'm hoping the bp and tb will speed things up. I'm on day 3 of taking them, so I'll check back in a week or two. For the first week of Reta, weight loss came out to just under 2kg on average. Curious to see where I land by week 2.
