Hey all. I'm a woman in my early 30s from Australia.

- Height: 160cm // 5'3"

- SW: 88.2kg // 194lb

- CW: 86.2kg // 190lb

- GW: 60kg // 132lb

Currently stacking:

- Reta 2mg (split dose 2x weekly)

- GHK-CU 2mg (3x weekly)

- Selank 500mcg (4x weekly) + have reconstituted a nasal spray for immediate release

- DSIP 200mcg (4x weekly)

I'm waiting on KPV to arrive which will be implemented too.

I had my first shot of Reta on 28/5 (2mg) and weighed in on 30/5.

Come Wednesday I decided to do my next shot early and split it (1mg) as I thought that whatever I was feeling was lessening, if that makes sense. So my schedule will now be 1mg 2x a week (Wednesdays & Sundays) until I titrate up when I finish my vial.

Saturdays will be my weigh in days and honestly I wasn't expecting much when I stepped on the scales this morning, but was thrilled when I dropped the 2kg! Still have quite a lot to go, but if it continues like this I'll be laughing.

Feb 2025 I did try Wegovy from an online chemist which I stopped using in July 2025. During that time I dropped only 7kg and by the time I was on the highest dosage, it was costing me $550 AUD monthly, which is fucking insane thinking about now 😆

Putting this out into the ether as a kind of way to keep me on track. Have enjoyed reading all the posts on here and wishing everyone else luck on their journey as well.

Thought I'd give a little update 3.5 weeks in.

Since 28/5 I'm down 3.9kg // 8.59lb.

Overall, super happy! I'm waiting on my Cagri to be delivered this Mon which I'll be stacking with the Reta for optimum results.

I have since stopped taking the DSIP, and have upped my GHK-CU pins to 5x weekly.

The Selank has been amazing subq! I know it seems to be a hit or miss peptide, but it def works for me.

My KPV arrived yesterday and I took my first pin last night, so definitely looking forward to the outcome on it.

Congratulations on your progress. I started Reta the end of April and am very happy with it. What do you hope to gain from the addition of Cagri and KPV?

Thanks! Is Reta the only thing you're taking?

More appetite suppression with the Cagri, really. And as for the KPV, general gut health, skin irritations & potentially pain management. I'm a dental nurse and do a lot of surgeries and by the end of the day my existing lower back pain just flares up and it's awful.

I am looking into BPC-157/TB-500 too, but I'll stick with this for now for the other benefits.

Have you tried a tens unit for the back pain? I use one for an hour about three to four time per week after weights. I start just above my glutes, then every twenty minutes I move it up about three inches. After an hour my back feels almost new.
