Hey everyone. I'm from Australia, a woman in my early 30s.

- Height: 160cm // 5'3"

- SW: 88.2kg // 194lb

- CW: 86.2kg // 190lb

- GW: 60kg // 132lb

What I'm stacking right now:

- Reta 2mg (split into 2 doses each week)

- GHK-CU 2mg (3x weekly)

- Selank 500mcg (4x weekly) + I've also reconstituted a nasal spray for immediate release

- DSIP 200mcg (4x weekly)

KPV is on its way and will be added as well.

My first Reta shot (2mg) was on 28/5, and I weighed myself on 30/5.

By Wednesday I'd decided to take my next shot sooner and split it (1mg), because it felt like whatever I was experiencing was fading, if that makes sense. So now I'll be doing 1mg 2x a week (Wednesdays & Sundays) until I finish my vial and titrate up.

Weigh in days will be Saturdays, and honestly this morning I wasn't expecting much when I got on the scales, but I was thrilled to see a 2kg drop! There's still a fair way to go, but if it keeps up like this I'll be laughing.

Back in Feb 2025 I gave Wegovy a try from an online chemist and quit it in July 2025. Over that stretch I only lost 7kg, and once I reached the highest dosage it was setting me back $550 AUD each month, which is fucking insane to think about now 😆

I'm putting this out into the ether as a way of keeping myself on track. I've enjoyed reading all the posts here and I wish everyone else luck on their journey too.

3.5 weeks in, figured I'd share a quick update.

Starting from 28/5, I've dropped 3.9kg // 8.59lb.

All in all, really pleased! My Cagri should land this Mon, and once it does I'll stack it alongside the Reta to get the best results possible.

I've dropped the DSIP since then, and bumped my GHK-CU pins up to 5x weekly.

Subq Selank has been fantastic for me! I realize this peptide tends to be hit or miss, but it def does the job in my case.

My KPV showed up yesterday, and last night I did my first pin, so I'm eager to see where it takes me.

Nice work on what you've achieved so far. I began using Reta at the close of April and have been quite pleased with the results. With Cagri and KPV added in, what benefits are you aiming for?

Appreciate it! Are you on Reta alone, or is there anything else in the mix?

The main reason I'm adding Cagri is for extra hunger control. With KPV, I'm after overall digestive support, help with skin flare-ups, and possibly some relief for pain. My job as a dental nurse means I'm in surgeries all day, and by evening the lower back pain I already have gets so bad it's horrible.

I've also been reading up on BPC-157/TB-500, though for the moment I'll stay with this stack because of the other perks it offers.

It's been 38 days since I took my initial Reta shot. My weekly amount has reached 4mg, and when I stepped on the scale this morning for my usual check, the number showed a 6kg // 13.2lb drop! 🤠

For your back pain, have you given a TENS unit a shot? I use mine roughly 3 to 4 times weekly, for 1 hour at a time, following my weight training. I place it initially a bit above my glutes, and then at 20-minute intervals I shift it upward roughly 3 inches. Once the hour is up, my back feels practically brand new.
