Hey everyone, I've spent the past few weeks reading through posts without posting, and I'm ready to start contributing. Back in 2020 I ran compound semaglutide briefly, and more recently I've begun sourcing reta via a third party. Right now I'm waiting for my initial crypto hold to clear so I can look into the gray market on my own.

A few months back I kicked things off with keto plus intermittent fasting, going from 285 down to 260 before I added reta. As of now I'm in week 3 of reta and trt, I've cut IF back to once a week, and I'm reintroducing carbs. On keto I was dropping 1.5-2.5 pounds a week on average, and since adding reta and trt the range has been 2.5-3.5 a week. I want to schedule a Dexa scan and an RMR reading before long; even though my home biometric scale isn't perfect, fat, visc fat, bmi, and lean mass are all moving in the right direction, and I'm hoping it stays consistent enough to track trends.

Welcome aboard! I began compounded tirz in October and have dropped exactly 50lb from that point. After I came onto this forum, I placed 2 orders from China. I've finally begun the process of switching the tirz out for the reta I picked up a couple weeks back, and it pushed me to a 5# drop in week 1!

My PCP wasn't thrilled about me getting on the tirz, though he did agree to assist with monitoring through his in-office DEXA and quarterly labs.

Wishing you the best of success!

Just completed my initial crypto transfer and buy. If crypto has you hesitating, take a look at the pinned thread plus the 10 years in crypto here to help thread over in the crypto corner, then give it a try.

My route was Coinbase over to exodus, though the majority of the steps are the same either way. It seems like a bigger hassle than it actually is. The 5-7 day hold with Coinbase is the only genuine delay.

After you get familiar with how crypto works, the whole thing goes quite smoothly. If you search for alternatives, you can discover methods to get around the hold on coinbase.

Since I like trading stocks and selling options, I figured Coinbase would let me handle two things at once. That way I can also try my hand at a bit of crypto trading. The exodus wallet ui is very intuitive and easy to use.

I’ve attempted to show just how straightforward exodus can be, yet a lot of people new to crypto stay with cashapp. I’d call myself a crypto newbie as well, but I honestly can’t figure out why they cling to cashapp so tightly. Exodus is genuinely very intuitive.

Cash App is something I’ve never touched, so I can’t speak to what its interface is like. What tripped me up at first, though, was the whole “x coin” on “y network” way of doing things.

Even though the guided and the thread lay it out plainly, I figured things would get messier once I actually opened exodus. That wasn’t the case at all. Because there’s so little clutter, the stuff that matters—this coin, this network, this address—stands out. I’m liking it so far.

Since I've already turned to Cash app for various purposes in the past, I'd say the biggest advantage for me is that the layout feels familiar.
