Hey everyone, Ryan here — a Canadian who's been living in Thailand for the bulk of my life. I've always kept one foot in the biohacking world, dabbling in nootropics, trt, and a few other trends from the early 2020s. Then I had a son, and my attention drifted elsewhere. I'd obviously come across Ozempic, but it struck me as an LA scene douche trend.
