Hi all, I'm a Canadian expat in Thailand. Been here most my life. Name's Ryan. Always had a foot in the biohacking door with nootropics, trt and some other early 2020s trends. Had a son and stopped paying attention. Sure I've heard of Ozempic but seemed like a LA scene douche trend. Then 2 week ago, I bumped into some interesting info on peptides for improved sleep and cognitive abilities. Issues I'm dealing with.... So for the past two weeks I've gone down the rabbit hole and seriously wtf... Where have I been ..I've been out of the loop. Anyways, I'm here to learn. Thanks for having me.
