Hello all,

Just signed up, writing from Japan. Tirzepatide is what I began with recently, and retatrutide has my attention too. Keen to read what others have run into, particularly anyone else located out here in Japan — say hi if that's you!

I’m in Japan too, and I’ve also begun trizepitide!! Taking Retatrutide is something I want to do. For the last week I’ve been fixated on hunting down details about how to source it in Japan.

Starting today, I’ll spend the next month in America, and while I’m outside the country I’ve already found some Reta.

I'm in the same boat—began Retatrutide and keep digging deeper into it. Welcome

Great! Because I've only just begun, I don't mind staying on tirz for a few months, increasing the dosage gradually, and with any luck dropping some weight.

Compared with the U.S., it's quite reasonably priced here, even though right now I'm using one of the pricier clinics that offers service in english. I'd be happy to locate one that's a bit less costly lol.

Same here — I signed up with an online clinic, and it runs roughly 30,000 yen each month. Compared with the US that's reasonable, and if retatrutide were on the market at that kind of price within 1-3 years, I'd skip the grey markets entirely.

That said, because I'll be in the US for the coming month, I figured grey market Reta instead of triz might be cheaper while being just as safe. I should begin tomorrow or the day after.

Should I end up preferring it to triz, my plan is to try sourcing it in Japan. Getting it into the country appears fairly straightforward, but I have no idea at all where to obtain syringes without running into problems.

Hi, I couldn't figure out a way to contact you directly, so this reply is how I'm reaching out. If it's alright, I have a few things I'd like to ask.

So far, have you managed to bring in peps and supplies without running into problems?

Is there any place you're aware of that offers a full blood panel, one where I could get my test, igf, and so on checked?

At the moment the clinic I go to only runs the basic tests that go with my Mounjaro prescription, and I doubt they'd be willing to add all the extra ones.

I've stopped trying to track down sources within Japan. A few dependable ones have been mentioned by others who report 0 issues with importing and shipping, BUT when it comes to syringes, I still haven't located any dependable sourcing route.

My take is this: bringing peptides in here carries some risk yet isn't impossible, while finding any delivery device is practically impossible. So if non subcutaneous peps such as semax are what you're after, then go for it. But if Reta is your target, or just about any other peptide needing subcutaneous injection, then I probably wouldn't take on the hassle that follows.

The only people I've run into who got syringes without trouble were sending them to US military base PO Boxes. From what I was told, those don't pass through Japanese customs and get handled like the US postal service.

Every other source I came across that ships directly came from steroid websites claiming no problems in the past, but I'm not wagering my residency on that. Also the needle gauges were to large for my liking lol.

When it comes to this kind of information, people in Japan are incredibly intransparent, and it's very frustrating. Really, all I wanted was to take Reta, and I did in the US. I regret that because now I know the difference in effectiveness. It's not a lot but enough to be disappointed.

As for blood testing, some trt clinics in Tokyo appear to charge 10,000-20,000 ish yen for blood tests.

If you find out anymore information please share on these forms. The entire reason I made this account was to try and get more information about Japan out there lol.

Yeah, but from what I’ve seen, anyone I know who isn’t diabetic and tried ordering through Amazon ended up having theirs confiscated. Were you actually able to get yours?

The ones I’m seeing are marked for animals — 1cc 31g Easy Touch. I’m not sure whether they’d ask you to show that your dog or cat has diabetes or anything like that?

Maybe I’m being dumb, but has something shifted? I keep coming across lots of reviews from folks verified in Japan purchasing these, yet around January I couldn’t locate even 1 verified Japanese review. On top of that, the general talk online was that Amazon orders would end up seized. I also know a friend whose stuff got seized.

Welcome! I visited Japan as a teen on a student exchange. One day I'd love to return with my family.

Here in the states, we're able to get them—syringes—through Amazon. What if you picked up a box of insulin pens plus pen needles while you're here, then on the trip back simply mention that you're diabetic?

To do that, you need a lot of paperwork and prescriptions, and the quantity you're allowed to bring back is fairly limited.

Japan is lovely. It's amusing that I've passed through Narita Airport countless times during flight transfers, yet I've never actually set foot in the country. I often regret that.

On that site, they appear to show up and then vanish. Some time ago there were loads of them listed for "pets". These days I barely see any, at least the ones that include the needle. There are still lots of choices when it comes to syringes without needles. My guess is that enforcement happens every so often, and after that they gradually make their way back.

Whenever my orders come from that enormous nation to the west of us, the needles have shown up declared as different items. A large share of what I buy there has nothing to do with peptides at all, and shipments frequently get grouped at consolidation hubs prior to heading to Japan. In one instance the needles showed up alongside the rest of my goods inside a single large consolidated bag. Touch wood, customs has not given me any trouble so far.

I also picked up a few Gansulin pens, and those came through without a problem as well.

Look up Easy Touch and they ought to show up. https://www.amazon.co.jp/-/en/Easy-Touch-8291012/dp/B0GZXB8NNC/, this link is for U-100 1cc 29g. 30g and 31g do appear, however those come only in .5cc and U-40, meaning your dose would require some additional math.

That's interesting, thanks for passing it along. They're shipping out of the US, but the extra fees are lower than what the Amazon US site would charge you. I could have sworn I'd come across some that were sent from within Japan with Prime delivery, though it's possible I'm just misremembering.

As things stand, I've got plenty of syringes and needles on hand for reconstitution, plus pens & needles for injecting. At this rate, I'd say that's enough to get me through a couple of years!
