Hi everyone,

I’m new here and joining from Japan. I recently started tirzepatide and am interested in learning more about retatrutide as well. I’m looking forward to hearing about others’ experiences, especially from anyone else based in Japan, if you’re here!

I Also started trizepitide in Japan!! I’m interested in taking Retatrutide. I’ve been obsessively trying to find information about sourcing it in Japan for the past week.

I’ll be in America for the next month starting today and have already sourced some Reta while I’m out of the country.

Nice! Since I just started, I'm fine sticking to tirz for a few months, working up in dosage, and hopefully shedding some pounds.

It's pretty affordable here compared to the U.S., although I'm currently going through one of the more expensive clinics that provides service in english. I would love to find one a little cheaper lol.

Yeah me too, I went through an online clinic for about 30,000 yen a month. It’s not bad compared to the us and in 1-3 years if retatrutide becomes available at that price point I wouldn’t bother with the grey markets.

BUT since I’m in the US over the next month I thought if would be cheaper and just as safe to go with grey market Reta over triz. Should be starting tomorrow or the next day.

If I like it more than triz I’ll want to try and get it In Japan. Importing it without any trouble seems to be pretty easy, but I just have no clue where to get syringes without causing trouble.

Hey, I wasn't sure how to reach out to you, so I'm just replying to you here. I had a couple questions if you don't mind.

Have you been able to get peps and supplies imported without issues so far?

Do you know anywhere that does a full blood panel where I can check my test, igf, etc.?

The clinic I'm using right now is just testing the basics to go along with my Mounjaro prescription and I'm not sure if they would do all the extras.

I have given up on the search for sources in Japan. There are some reliable sources that I have heard from others that have had 0 problems importing and shipping, BUT I have yet to find any reliable way of sourcing syringes.

The way I see it is, it’s somewhat risky but not impossible to get peptides imported here, but virtually impossible to find any delivery device. So if you are interested in non subcutaneous peps like semax then go for it. If you are looking for Reta or like almost literally every other peptide that requires subcutaneous injection, then I probably wouldn’t risk the trouble that comes with it.

The only people I have encountered that managed to get syringes without trouble were shipping them to US military base PO Boxes. They don’t go through Japanese customs and are treated like the US postal service from what I was told.

Any other sources I have found that ship directly were off of steroid websites claiming to have no problems in the past, but I’m not betting my residency on that. Also the needle gauges were to large for my liking lol.

People in Japan are incredibly intransparent about this kind of information, and it’s very frustrating. I only really wanted to take Reta, and I did in the US. I regret that because now I know the difference in effectiveness. It’s not a lot but enough to be disappointed.

In terms of blood testing, there are some trt clinics in Tokyo that seem to charge 10,000-20,000 ish yen for blood tests.

If you find out anymore information please share on these forms. The entire reason I made this account was to try and get more information about Japan out there lol.

Yes but everyone I know who isn’t diabetic and has tried to buy on Amazon has had them seized. Have you been able to?

The ones I see are there are labeled for pets, they 1cc 31g easy touch. Not sure if they would try to make you prove your dog or cat is diabetic or something?

I may be like an idiot but like did something change? I’m seeing tons of reviews from people verified in Japan buying these, but back in like January there wasn’t a single verified Japanese review that I could find. Also the sentiment online was that if you buy from Amazon they will get seized. I also had a friend where he had his shit seized.

Welcome! Went to Japan as a teenager as an exchange student. Hope to go visit again some day and bring my family.

We can buy them, syringes, from Amazon here in the states. Could you buy a box or insulin pens and pen needles when you’re here and then just say you’re diabetic on the way back?

Need a lot of paperwork and prescriptions to do that and the amount you can bring back is pretty restricted.

Japan nice. Funny I been to Narita Airport so many times on Flight Changes but never made it into Japan. I kick myself regularly for that
