Hey everyone. After coming across several YouTube videos, I've spent the past 2 weeks completely hooked. I'm 52 years old. I smoked cigarettes for 30 years, and I've finally decided that if I want to still be here in 20 years for my grandchildren, I need to take a more proactive approach to my health. Last year I started the carnivore diet, dropped 40 pounds, and saw major improvements in my metabolic health and bloodwork. Now, though, I want to truly optimize things and avoid becoming like one of the regular patients I see — the ones picking up 7 prescriptions every month. (I work as a pharmacy technician.) I've been lurking and reading here for about a week, and I've already picked up so much useful information. Now I'd like to jump in and take part in the discussions. Thanks, y'all!

That’s a hefty load of oxidative stress, my friend. SLU--PP-32 can help with mitophagy—clearing out mitochondria that are damaged or not working properly—and with biogenesis, creating fresh ones. But you can’t just sit around like a couch potato while using it; strength and cardio training are mandatory.

For you, this seems like a solid base or place to begin.

Welcome.

You got it. I’m still doing my research and figuring out a strategy for the peptides, but that one is definitely at the top of my list. I’m done being a couch potato. I let the yard guy go and I’ve finally signed up at the gym. Thanks

There are those who'd argue SS31 should come first, ahead of the SLU, since SLU mainly drives new production rather than clearing out the bad ones through mitophagy — though plenty of anecdotal reports suggest it does that too.

Regardless, I'm around to lend a hand, and I hope you get back to feeling f'n ultimate once more!
