Hey all!
A 32-year-old man from Sweden here, and Iâve just joined this forum â so this is my very first post.
For a couple of months Iâve been using Retatrutide at 5 mg/week, having previously been on Tirzepatide. My serious focus on body recomposition began roughly 7â8 months ago.
Pretty much my whole life Iâve carried extra weight, with stretches of training, gym sessions, boxing, dieting, and weight loss along the way. Several times over the years Iâve dropped 20â30 kg, but sadly the weight always came back, and at times I ended up heavier than before.
158 kg (348 lbs) was where I started, and right now Iâm at 105 kg (231 lbs) â so 53 kg (117 lbs) has come off so far.
This attempt feels different, though. Thanks to Retatrutide, consistent training, and a more sustainable approach, I finally sense a genuine chance to make a change that lasts.
Iâm eager to pick up knowledge from all of you, swap experiences, and follow your journeys too.
Thanks for having me!
