Hey everyone,

I'm a guy in his mid 40's living in Florida. When I started working from home during covid, I picked up some lazy and not-so-great habits. I gave keto, phentermine, and OMAD a shot. A while back I began Reta, and I've dropped 30 pounds so far, which puts me back at the weight I was before covid. My weight loss target is a "healthy" BMI number, and I'm halfway to reaching it.

A lot of us attempted numerous approaches to get fit and never kept the results, until we came across glp1 peptides.

OMAD and 75 hard are things I have tried. What always trips me up is climbing right back up once I reach my target weight. With Reta, I believe this time it can last.

Are you lifting weights or doing any activity to keep muscle as the pounds come off?

Down in Florida, the summer heat is brutal, so I'm doing what I can to avoid dying outside. Kettlebells and a rowing machine are my tools for holding onto muscle.

It gets harder once a goal is reached and that voice says "I deserve a pizza". A whole week of progress can vanish that way. Fortunately, when I've gone too far with greasy, very acidic, or spicy food, Reta makes it unmistakably clear.
