Hey everyone, I'm a guy in his mid 30s who's getting older and was wrecked by the usual corporate American way of eating.

At my heaviest I carried 85lbs of extra weight, then lost 60lbs just through diet and fasting. There's likely 25 more pounds left for me to shed.

I'm constantly digging into one topic or another, and that's genuinely what brought me here with a few questions. What I'm dealing with at the moment is the usual: weight loss, brain fog and low energy. Once I have the energy, exercise will be the next thing I tackle.

Welcome! That title sent my thoughts somewhere completely different. A blind man mixing and injecting... 🫣
From what little I know, that wouldn’t be far off

There's no question that the final 25 lbs are the toughest part. A glp1 is going to make a big difference. If you still haven't gotten on one, you have something great ahead of you.
Nope, I haven't begun yet. In my post I brought up a few options I was checking out, but moderation removed them, so it seems that subject is off-limits.

In the intro section, mentioning which glp1s you're considering is fine, but vendor discussion isn't allowed.

Exactly, right? I came in here assuming he wanted to know what a vial looks like, and I thought, "huh, that WOULD be something you'd have to plan around!"
Nice to know I managed to mess with 2 of your heads without even trying

At least replying to my own thread works now. Maybe someday commenting on other people's posts will be possible too — a guy can hope.

What makes forums so tough is the sorting, plus how difficult it is to track down a particular subject.

Say I look up a certain term, yet the heading never contains it. Or the term does show up, but inside a completely different subject that merely happens to contain the phrase I'm after.

Wait, what? Replying to your own thread has been possible for you almost right after you made it. Actually, if you go back and check, you'll see that you already did reply to this exact thread a few hours after creating it—not just once, but 2 times, and then again yesterday.

Close to 30000 others have managed to work it out; it simply requires a bit of time.
