Hello everyone, I want to start by greeting all of you. This place seems active and really supportive, and that's exactly the kind of community I've been searching for. Before I ever pinned anything, I went deep into research, the same way I handle anything I put into my body, and the science behind it all really captivated me. Extending lifespan is something I strongly believe in, and I find it fascinating to watch how our constantly evolving gains in life span are shaping human development. My own ambitions are big, and I think this was 1 of the missing pieces I needed. It makes me glad to locate a space where more people are actively discussing and digging into this. I have friends who are into peptides too, but an actual community with plenty of open conversation and hands-on experience is what I'd been after.

As far as how my own path has gone so far, for the past couple months I've been pinning Reta, Tesa, and GHK-CU. Reta came first, then I brought in Tesa (they arrived together, but the first one gelled up overnight, and I was told that batch was unstable), and GHK-CU followed roughly a week later. Part of the reason was to drop some weight. I started out around 225lbs, possibly just a touch below that. I began each one low and slow to gauge my tolerance, and right now I've landed on what amounts to a pretty standard dose for the Tesa and GHK-CU. With the Reta, I'm still creeping upward gradually. On top of that, I've changed my diet once more, this time to one that's very high in protein (175-205g daily). And as of today, I've completed 3 weeks of lifting weights 5 days per week. It's become something I actually crave, and it's turning into a habit I genuinely enjoy.

What I've picked up so far from pinning these 3 has been some decent shifts. The scale hasn't budged much, though that isn't really my focus. I'm far more of a "how do I look in the mirror" kind of guy. Thanks to the Reta, my food noise has dropped off sharply. No more storm eating. I'm deliberate about what I eat now, which makes me appreciate it even more, since there are fewer meals in a day. With the Tesa, I've seen less visceral fat around my midsection, and my deep sleep cycles have been excellent. The external effects of the GHK-CU are beginning to appear. I'm not after a quick fix, so starting all of these has been really interesting, watching the gradual changes unfold as they happen.

What brought me to this forum was following the rabbit hole deeper and deeper. It began with reading Janoshik and the scammers rigging test results for profit in the Finnrisk reports, and eventually I landed here, where the amount of information goes far beyond anything I'd hoped to find. I genuinely think peptides will be part of the coming wave in medicine, and I love the thought of being near the front edge of that shift.

That's likely plenty for an intro post. I'm hoping to have some good conversations with many of you and absorb a huge amount of knowledge and experience.

I’m the same way — I care more about how I come across in the mirror than about what the scale says.
That's particularly true given that I'm building muscle simultaneously. The two tend to cancel each other out to some degree.
