Hello and welcome to GLP1Chat. We're close in age, work, and life circumstances, ... so I'm drawn to learn more about it. My guess is that most begin with reta and ghk cu; once they've tried a bunch of commercial products, we say "hey, this actually works," and a whole new world opens up to explore.
After dropping 65 lbs with Reta, I’m considering beginning GHK-cu. Does pinning hurt, and—more crucially—do the benefits make it worthwhile? Weight loss has left me with some loose skin; at 60, I’d still like to improve my skin all around. Glow and klow were options I checked, yet GHK seems much better. Advice would be welcome.

KLOW is what I use. It has GHK-cu in it too, along with a number of other advantages—granted, the cost is higher. My recommendation would be Klow, particularly given your age. For me it made a huge difference with joint pain I was dealing with as well, and people consistently say my skin appears much more youthful than it used to. That said, this isn't something that works instantly; you should look for actual changes once you've used it every day for three months. Injecting GHK-cu may sting, while Klow has less sting, apparently because the KPV within it is helpful.
I'm leaning toward swapping my wolverine and GHK-CU over to Klow, and I'm also keen to give KPV a shot. Fewer steps and fewer injections means my wife will give me fewer sideways glances.

Then again, wouldn't it make sense to try each compound separately so you can tell what's actually doing something and what isn't? That is, if whoever's doing it could stand the wait; haha.
Actually, just TB and TPC overlap in what they do; GHKcu and KPV each act differently, so it's simple to decide whether to include or exclude those two.

Yeah, that quote didn’t really fit the second half of what I wrote—my bad. I was mostly just putting down my own thoughts about kicking off all those compounds simultaneously.

Welcome! Almost the exact same story as you, and almost the same stacks too.
Much appreciated. I’m keen to see how this path unfolds.

How long have you been running for?
Roughly 1 month has passed since I started. Some minor shifts in how my body is composed have shown up. KPV and BPC157 just arrived, so I'm eager to find out where that leads.

Squats and skullcrushers are finally back on the menu for me after roughly a decade of avoiding them. Is HGH the reason? Wolverine has only been in the picture for 2 weeks, so perhaps that's it?

The pain hasn't vanished, though it's down to 1/3 of what it used to be.

Shoulder presses might be the next thing I try?

30+ years of lifting, largely short heavy sets, tends to leave a mark

So, I’m a male of 45 years and started getting worried of certain health markers like a year ago.

Never been obese, well except for when measured with BMI. I guess I would call myself a bit “soft” or “strength athlete power belly” kind of thing. I’ve been exercising for 33 years so I like to think it’s not all self-deceiving.

I’ve been on this bulk when it’s a cold season and diet for the summer kind of cycle for about twenty years so last fall I actually decided to skip the bulk. Since I hadn’t seen my abs for twenty years, always falling short, because I guess I don’t have the willpower to accomplish a lean physique.

Well this got me thinking that maybe I just need a little help with the mental side and introduced myself to reta. And my research on the subject got me more interested about other longevity chemicals and habits as well as improving my work life, I’m a business executive.

So the 30 years in the gym kept me sort of shape, except I skipped aerobic training for the same period basically. My Vo2max was low and I figured it’s a very important health marker especially considering longevity. I did a year of zone2 cardio and been doing intervals lately and have gotten into better aerobic condition.

Ok I like to write, it’s my WOTS (Wall Of Text Syndrome) and I guess I’ll throw below what I’m running to get a conversation going, lol.

3mg reta a week

2IU HGH a day

2mg GHK-CU a day

That’s my permanent stack

Currently running

500mcg wolverine stack a day

2mg SS-31 a day

500mcg NAD+ a day

In two weeks I’ll be running

2mg SS-31 (stop after two weeks)

1.5mg MOTS-C on training days

1mg NAD+ a day

I’m really new to all except reta and GHK-CU which have worked wonders.

Hey there, I'm around the same age as you and in a similar spot — trying to improve my health. I've been experimenting with peptides for quite a while, mostly hgh, glp1s, and bp tb for recovery and such. Not long ago I picked up a nad+ 1000mg bottle, but I keep running into conflicting dosing advice. From what I gather, 50mg a few times per week is considered fine, yet your dose seems really small next to that. Where did you find your dosing guide?

For a range of injuries, I've turned to HGH plus the Wolverine stack, and roughly 90% of the time the outcome has been excellent. My shoulder was the one case that didn't respond to those alone. Following a snowboarding accident, that shoulder stayed badly damaged for years, and I wasted far too much time attempting to repair it through peptides and growth hormone.

What ultimately helped most was a routine of small, targeted physio movements using 1 kg weights, performed a few times each week, aimed at the rotator cuff and the muscles around it. On top of that, I began receiving PRP injections straight into the shoulder once every three months.

Together, those two things changed a great deal, and these days my shoulder seldom bothers me at all.

What you're aiming for makes all the difference here. Since GLOW and KLOW each include 50 mg of GHK-Cu, the claim that the GHK looks much better doesn't quite add up to me. Both stacks give you GHK-Cu, and on top of that they carry BPC-157 and TB-500, which could help if you're pushing yourself in training or exercise and care about recovering from injuries or building muscle. KPV is also part of KLOW, and it's usually added because of possible anti-inflammatory benefits.

On the pain question when pinning: if you were injecting your Reta, it ought to feel about the same as that. Were you injecting Reta, or taking an oral form?

About the loose skin in particular, I'd stay realistic. GHK-Cu is worth watching for skin quality and collagen, but after a 65 lbs loss, and at 60, I wouldn't count on it tightening a lot of loose skin like magic. A more sensible target is probably just better skin quality overall.

Wow, that was a lapse in thinking. I intended 100mg, and I've lowered it to 50mg taken 3 times weekly. Appreciate you pointing that out.

I appreciate you telling me about that; nothing I've got going on stems from an injury.

An MRI was done on my shoulders, and per the doctor there's simply no room left inside them. That means things are getting pinched, which is what produces the ongoing pain. The physio handed me stretches to do, and they're simple enough to keep up with and they hold the chronic pain at bay (30sec x2 stretch lying down everything in 90 degree angle on both sides)

Still, any attempt to press upward starting at shoulder height brings pain. Lateral raises are fine for me, and since shoulders happen to be the muscle group I'm strongest in, anxiety about it hasn't really been a factor. It was closer to just wondering what I could potentially achieve; haha.
