Same here. I have no idea how to walk my own mother through doing peptide reconstitution the right way. Meaning, I'm not sure how to bring up BAC water without then getting into filtration as well. And once filtration is on the table, should I ask whether pens might appeal to her? Sometimes I go into way too much detail, and honestly that can be exhausting for whoever's on the receiving end 😂
