The hunger has come back. My schedule is 5 mg every Monday and 2.5 mg every Friday. What strategies do you use for hunger? Do you raise the dose, or do you just push through it?

This flowchart has consistently been useful to me. My tirz dosage remains at 100%, taken 1x each week.

Holy beginner overload, Batman!!!

Lololol about " CAGRI IS THE ANSWER"

Nope, right now young Skywalker, upping your dose is going to be your best path, Greenhorn. There’s no reason to want or need the possible sides from Cagri when simply raising your tirz will do, Honey Chile.

Which medication are you on

Raise the dose...or check your food intake. When you're barely eating, your stomach has nothing sitting in it to create fullness (slowed gastric emptying). Earlier this week I noticed more food noise, so yesterday I ate a bit more than usual...Last night that brought on stronger gastric symptoms, and I've felt 'full' ever since, all through today, so reaching my next pin tomorrow will be easy...That's what works for me, YMMV

White-knuckling a lower dose isn't some virtuous act. Given the 7.5mg weekly schedule, I'm guessing tirz. In any case, tirz has been studied and approved up to 15mg, while reta has been studied to 12mg. As long as side effects stay manageable, you've got a lot of room to go higher before you'd need to add cagri.

Where cagri is concerned, I'm undecided. It definitely does work at a very low dose, but the fatigue hit me hard. That's something I'd only put up with during the final 2 weeks if you're just shy of your goal. Fingers crossed elora is a big improvement.

7.5 as one shot each Monday

you can thank me afterward

Nope, that's beyond what I can take.

That is completely okay. A high dose of a GLP-1 is not something everyone can tolerate. I was in the same boat, and that is why cagri and elora seem appealing to me.

If you already know a higher dose is not tolerable for you, I personally would not continue increasing it. The endless titration simply was not worth it in my case. Adding a low dose of cagri or elora is not harmful.

5 single pin is something you can handle

in my opinion, 6 is the minimum you should attempt

Those TikTok influencers crack me up—first they insist you kick off reta at 0.5mg, then in the same breath they claim reta doesn’t suppress appetite, so you’d better grab some cagri to stack on top. It’s like… if you actually went above 1/4 of the standard starting dose, maybe it would do its job a bit more like it’s supposed to?

No wonder I’m missing out on those huge affiliate payouts.

Since Reta hasn't gone mainstream so far, the internet is full of nonsense. My fiancé came across a TikTok and brought it up with me — the video claimed Reta isn't meant for weight loss. In reality it's simply the most effective weight loss medication ever developed to date.

I get a kick out of those folks who look you dead in the eye and claim reta is useless for anyone obese, insisting it's meant for athletes with discipline.

Give 0.5 pin of Cagri a shot. With Reta—which does ZERO for food noise in my case—this is my second-day approach. So on day 1 I pin the Reta. Recently I've dropped to about 2mg, having previously stayed at 4 for some time. Then the following day, a little Cagri. You simply have to keep experimenting until you land on what works for you. Everyone is different.

What's behind the uneven dosing schedule? My recommendation: move to 4mg each Monday morning and 4mg each Thursday night. Should one of those windows not work for you, nudge the timing slightly ... the exact hour matters fairly little. After four weeks, if appetite control still isn't where you want it, bump the dose up somewhat.

Beyond that: protein, water, water-rich vegetables, water, and still more water. When a hunger pang hits, treat it as a delayed signal that you need fluids.

Two years back, I'd already spent many months on Tirz, at a weekly dose above 20mg — not because of appetite, but because progress had stopped. Cagri went in gradually at that point. Reta came on board 3-4 months later. So yes, a triple stack. While I brought Triz down step by step to roughly 10mg each week, Cagri crept up by just 0.1mg per month. That's 5% of the maximum dose. Reta followed the same pattern, sitting at 1-2mg for a long stretch of months. Dose Cagri correctly and your hunger will drop to nothing. I kept raising cagri until even the scent of food turned my stomach. That did the trick. These days I'm off Tirz: cag 1mg every 6 days alongside reta 10mg every 6 days, with injections alternating on a 3-day rhythm. Over 2 years I've dropped 104#. My approach is always to move doses up or down at a crawl, waiting a month before any adjustment rather than a week. Whenever hunger hits, I reach for a protein shake. You truly have to test things out for yourself, since some people shed weight on tiny doses while others appear completely unresponsive to Tirz or Reta.
