How Should the GLOW Stack Be Dosed?

Hey everyone! For the past 4 years I've had bicep tendinitis in both arms and it has been awful. Even heading to the gym brings shoulder pain. I was considering the Wolverine Stack, but Orbitrex Peptides doesn't carry it, though I noticed they do sell the Glow stack. What daily dosing would you suggest for it? And would using BPC alone be better, or perhaps both but in separate vials and doses? Thanks for any help.

For my tendonitis — first in the triceps, then later in the wrist — I ran BPC-157 and TB-500 as separate compounds.

BPC-157: 0.25mg injected IM into the deltoid at the affected site, 2x per day (morning and evening). TB-500: 2mg subQ in the abdomen every 3 days.

The triceps tendonitis had been bothering me on and off for roughly 2 years, never fully clearing up, and at this point it has been gone for close to a year. The wrist issue showed up more recently, so it's harder to say whether the compounds made a big difference there...

I also take GHK-Cu and KPV, but personally a Glow/Klow blend only complicates dosing and timing for me.

Alright, got it—0.25mg two times daily? And wow, it's great to hear you're doing much better. I'm eager to finally shake this tendinitis. Thanks a lot—if it's okay to ask, where did you get your BPC and TB from? Appreciate it.

Finding your reply was a stroke of luck for me. I've undergone 5 rotator cuff repairs throughout the years. Things were going well until I dropped pounds using Reta and began exercising. These days, my right biceps has a burning sensation that goes from the cuff down to my elbow. Another surgery is not something I want. I did get a Glow kit, but the stinging and the hardening that followed were awful, so I stopped using it. Maybe I'll give your protocol a shot.

A few things I'd like to know:

When you inject either of those 2 peptides, do you feel any stinging?

Is this protocol something you follow for a set number of weeks, then pause for a set number of weeks?

Thanks for taking the time to consider this. I'm grateful.

I appreciate this. BPD had been bought with my elderly pit bull in mind, yet a month has passed since he left me.. I was left wondering what would become of the remaining “his” peps..

Just wanted to share: mixing KPV into GLOW significantly improved the comfort level.

I came across mentions of people mixing lidocaine into their GLOW/KLOW. Curious what the results are like?
Yes, I've tried it too. It does the job, though caution is necessary. For every 3ml cartridge, I put in 2-5 units. Keep in mind that an excessive amount of lidocaine can impact your heart, and if you also use lidocaine pain patches, even the OTC kind, the totals stack up.

That said, once I started adding KPV, I no longer needed lidocaine at all.

When you say 2 units of a 2% solution, is that what you mean? On a 3ml cartridge, it seems wild that such a small amount would do anything at all.

Anela, the person behind the GLOW stack, keeps things very simple for her clients. A 70 mg vial (the most common size) gets reconned with 3 ml BAC, then 12 units daily, 7 days a week. KLOW works out at (80 mg) reconstituted with 3 ml, 15 units daily, 7 days a week. If ISR issues push you to use more BAC, she says to draw it up right before pinning. She also suggests 2-3 mini-pins placed close together, plus lidocaine cream or wipes after the pin.

At the beginning, klow gave me soreness and ISRs that were really mean. My klow comes from GYC and is overfilled, so I simply kept reducing the concentration until I landed on something that worked for me. Each vial holds 76 mg of ghk-cu, and I add 12 ml of back water when I recon, which is enough to fill 4 cartridges. That works out to 31 units a day to get 2 mg of the ghk-cu, and the other three don't matter much to me. It lasts 38 days. There's no pain and no bruising.

There was zero burning sensation for me. The vials I used contained 5mg each of BPC and TB, and I mixed them with 2ml of bac water, which works out to 250mcg per 10ui.

As I mentioned before, blends like GLOW/KLOW aren't my preference since they complicate dosing and make separate timing unworkable. On top of that, I would never do an IM (intramuscular) shot of GHK-Cu.

My usage lasted roughly 4 weeks for both, though the pain had already subsided by week 2.5 or 3—I just continued to finish off the vials.

Tendonitis in the triceps or wrist is naturally somewhat different from a rotator cuff issue, so your own protocol could stretch out longer, depending on how much damage there is.

What was your duration of BPC and TB use? Once the pain subsided, did you continue taking it? Also, if it's not too much trouble, where did you source your BPC and TB?

thanks
