Grey market TRT?

No HCG can not replace T. HCG keeps your balls producing your natural amount of test. When I first got on TRT my Doc gave me HCG just to keep my balls from atrophy. As far as I am concerned that is all it's good for.

Cost of rx is 20-30x more. I paid $200 for 20 vials of test c 250 which is literally years and years worth, thats less than 1 months at a clinic.

Must have Chinese pube oil

BTW... Gray market is the same as Black market. It's either legal to buy or it isn't.

The potential consequences can be different, such as for buying/possessing prescription drugs without a prescription (like GLPs) vs. dangerous drugs (like clenbuterol) vs. controlled substances (like testosterone). And some overlap with each category sometimes, depending on the state.

Is this even a thing? I'm surprised i never see any mention of it. I know the legit route is plenty cheap but it could always be cheaper, right?

I have several sources that I use when I want to rev my TRT a bit, or add in other compounds. The underground AS market has been around for decades, and you can take the BB community for the many peptides that are available now, like tesamorelin.

At least in the United States testosterone is a controlled substance, so it would be black market, not grey market. That being said, it’s fairly easy to get, and usually people aren’t really targeted for buying personal medications, it’s the people buying enough quantity to sell that get scrutinized to my understanding. It’s much easier to go to an online clinic so you have a script. Some clinics are way cheaper than others.

Lucky. Trying to get it here in Australia is next impossible!

Even the docs who refuse to do TRT will usually give in to a request for checking testosterone and other hormone levels, especially if there are complaints of symptoms like low libido, fatigue, etc. (A complaint of mild ED or performance anxiety is also good for getting Cialis 5 mg daily, which also seems good for the vascular system by raising nitric oxide.)

Not that anyone is usually interested, but HCG monotherapy is an alternative to testosterone for TRT:

Human Chorionic Gonadotropin monotherapy for the treatment of hypogonadal symptoms in men with total testosterone > 300 ng/dL - PMC

The 2018 American Urological Association guidelines on the Evaluation and Management of Testosterone Deficiency recommended that 300 ng/dL be used as the threshold for prescribing testosterone replacement therapy (TRT). However, it is not uncommon ...

Only trouble is a max of 200mg a week on-label for TRT. For us bigger guys, we need more. I use a doc who writes higher into "superphysiological" for symptoms (current reference ranges are way too low for most symptomatic relief). But seldom goes over 30-60 free, 1000-2000 total T. What sucks is I pay way more through a compounding pharmacy as a result, but it's the only way I know of outside grey.. On-label dosing & bunk reference ranges need to change.

Gray Market? No

Black Market? Yes

Nothing "gray" about steroids.

Check out Meso. People have been buying steroids for a loooong time.
I've visited that site. As far as the vendors go, it seems you just get an email rather than a product list like the ones we see from vendors here. I'm not sure why it's so different. Over here we've got 20 vendors posting prices for peppers in a google sheet. On Meso there's only an email address, or am I missing something? I want to learn, but I'm taking my time.

I'm curious how a low-dose TRT protocol would pair with my reta weight loss and weight training. That said, I'd need to get a fasted T panel first to really know where I stand.

Buying it isn't really that different from other things.

My suggestion is to slow down and spend real time on meso, reading as much as you can about what being on TRT actually involves. At my last test my T was at the low end of normal, yet I didn't really have any low-T symptoms.

On top of that, I'd been in a heavy calorie deficit for several months, and that also lowers T levels. In the end I concluded that a potentially life-long commitment wasn't something I wanted.

Curiosity is fine, but you almost sound casual about it, and that's what I'd caution against. My advice for anything in the injectable space is to read until you believe you understand what's going on, and then keep reading.

After I came across a set of legitimate groups on telegram, locating reliable vendors became much simpler. It took some time, but I got there in the end. And no one is addressing me as "dear" either.

Yeah, I came across a steroi#wiki page that had a vendor list, so I figure they're legit. To be honest, the T side of things seems roughly 20x more complicated than peppers. How much time did you spend observing and learning before your first 💉? Thanks man.

Yes, it exists — but it's a very different rabbit hole. My advice is to begin with an online clinic: get bloodwork done and follow their prescription. Talon Wellness came out cheapest for the first few months; after that, you can start looking into UGL sources. Once you're at that stage, send me a DM and I'll share which ones worked for me and which to stay away from. It made a real difference for the muscle I lost while on GLP.

That's exactly my situation right now — there's a ton to absorb, but I've already started exploring the TG UGL side. Figuring out which sources are trustworthy and which aren't is the tricky part.

That is solid guidance, and it is more or less the path I have taken.

I began TRT in March, and I ran every lab through Goodlabs using their discount code — that's easily the most affordable option. Then I ran the results through ChatGPT and Gemini for analysis. A number of studies have found ChatGPT outperformed doctors at making diagnoses, and it certainly pays closer attention. Even so, you should still push it to be critical and verify what it tells you against other sources.

I ended up going UGL, since once you're in that space there's substantial overlap with peptide sellers who also carry oils. Indian Pharma resellers are another route — it's a popular item for them, and those are legitimate pharma companies selling in retail packaging.

These are underground labs and dubious compounding operations that package their products to look like legitimate retail goods. Do not confuse them with an actual pharmaceutical manufacturer that has FDA approval (or the equivalent approval from whatever governing body applies).

Your point about India being UGL was right, even though it presents itself as pharma.

I fell into that same trap.

Past testing has turned up a handful of concerns with India.

  1. Carrier oil problems — it isn't MCT oil
  2. Additional AAS blended in; tests detected other compounds inside their "formula"
  3. Concentration problems — a 250mg product is seldom actually 250mg
Those fancy-packaged India oils are UGL, meaning underground labs.
