Hey everyone, I figured I'd drop a quick intro and explain what brought me here. My plan is to try a few peptides, mainly Reta and Tesa. There's a wedding on my calendar in 6 months, and assuming this is a one-time event for me, I want to show up looking my absolute best — for my own sake and for the woman I'm marrying. Plus, I've got a wedding to finance, after all.

Glad to have you here, and I hope everything goes well for you. I've been married for 12 years and it's been a happy ride — the trick is just saying yes to each other, haha.

Glad to have you here! I don't know where you're beginning from or what you're aiming for, but 6 months gives you plenty of room to see real progress from peptides. If you pair that with proper nutrition and training, I'm confident you'll be looking sharp for the wedding. I hope this place has what you need, and good luck!

Yeah, I’m figuring that out bit by bit.

My foundation seems solid enough to build on. At 6’1 and 240lbs, my body fat sits somewhere in the 17-25% range. By the time I get married, I’m aiming to land somewhere between 215-225 lbs while getting to 10% or lower. I made sure to leave myself enough runway to reach a better level of fitness before the wedding. Training happens 5-6 days each week without much interruption. What still needs work is tightening up how I eat, getting better rest, and fitting more cardio into my routine.

Congratulations on tying the knot! My spouse and I ran off to get married 28 years back. That was the best 20 dollars I've ever parted with. Life's highs and lows have brought depth and stickiness to our bond (plus plenty of laughs). Staying as healthy as you can is a wonderful method to stay engaged and committed to yourself and to your partnership!

Thanks for the insight—I'm looking forward to seeing what comes next.

Wow that's wild, I'm 6'0 and weighed about 240 lbs when I began reta 5 weeks ago, roughly the same bf% as you, plus I work out 5-6 times a week and I'm aiming to get shredded before summer too. Insane how alike that is lol.

After 5 weeks I've dropped to 215 lbs with barely any muscle lost. You'll probably be fine😎

Nice one, dude — reading that got me pumped. Not sure whether it's okay to ask, but if it is, where did you get your Reta?

I was going to say, but then I reread the rules, and no — I can't share that with you right now. I'd rather not annoy the moderators, haha. I did place an order with a vendor I came across on this forum, and it arrived yesterday. That said, I'm still working through a vial from a local Dutch reseller, so even though there's a janoshik test result matching the batchcode on what I got, I wouldn't suggest it to you until I've tried it myself.

That's reasonable. I'm not looking to catch any heat myself. In the end I placed orders with 2 different vendors that get mentioned on this site, so I'll find out how that turns out
