Going deeper into peptides than expected

Same situation here. Initially I told myself it would just be Tz, but now I've got a shipment coming with ada, ghk, bpc, kpv and more...lol. I never pictured myself branching into other compounds, yet the buzz pulled me in.

Down the road this year, I'm planning to look into the mitochondrial aspect using ss31 and mots, but as a first-timer I couldn't rationalize diving into all that right away.

The rabbit hole just keeps going. And don't get me started on the gear—I'm eyeing pens next, which opens up a whole separate can of worms thanks to all the different brands

Omg, researching peptides has worn me out completely. I swear I looked into every peptide out there for my knee surgeries that are coming up, plus to deal with muscle loss. The number of them is huge! It seems like there's a peptide targeting every condition a person could have. LoL, at this point I'm actually less clear than before. Now I'm convinced I also need something for glowing skin, memory loss, osteoarthritis, lupus, etc ... I even came across options for problems I had no idea I had. LoL

Has anyone else put themselves through this?

I think I'm just returning to the basics and keeping it to klow.
What's your real take?

BPC-157

PDRN via injection
Wait, you can inject that? I always assumed it was only for skin care. Isn't it sourced from salmon? Using it won't make me morph into a salmon, right? 🥴

I've been enjoying Dr. Alex Tatem's content on youtube. From what I can tell, he takes a balanced stance—not hyping peptides up, but mostly in favor of them. He put out a 3 part series that runs more than an hour altogether, going through all the studies on the well-known peps.
Dr. Tatem is great and fun to watch. If you haven't yet, take a look at Dr. Ashley Froese.
I do enjoy her content, and early on I went through many of her videos. Lately, though, her reliance on AI has made me increasingly cautious. Still, once you reach a certain stage of “researching”, all the material in those videos comes across as fairly elementary lol

I've ended up in the same rabbit hole. My starting point was sema, then reta purchased through a reseller based in Italy; what pushed me was wanting to understand glp1 better (plus the obvious appeal of spending less), and that's how I came across this forum. From there a whole world I hadn't known about opened up. More recently I've spent a lot of time reading about peptides, so I chose to begin my own research. The idea that other peptides might be game changers in the same way glp-1 are makes sense to me, and I'm hoping it proves correct.

So now I'm a thousand euros lighter with a hundred vials headed my way🤣 🤞
