For those of you on Glp-1 medications, has anyone seen any lessening of chronic pain or other pain issues you might have?

Yes! Part of the improvement could come from less strain on my joints now that I weigh less, but lower inflammation has changed things enormously for me. My guess is that eventually, some individuals will be able to stop taking pain medication. I just wish the cost were lower and that more people could access it.

My wife deals with lupus, which brings significant inflammation and pain, and she started tirzepatide in May of '25. The improvement in her day-to-day life has been striking. Previously, she dealt with constant pain and her inflammation markers were extremely elevated. After starting tirzepatide, she has managed to work out on a consistent basis, and her mood overall has improved greatly. During a recent round of blood work, her rheumatologist advised her to continue with her current approach.

That's really great to hear. I've got a spinal condition that causes me pain, and on certain days it doesn't feel nearly as severe as it normally does. At first I figured I was just imagining it, but after reading everyone's replies, it really says something about the other ways tirz is helping.

Tirz has done wonders for how much pain I feel. I still haven't given any other option a shot, though working out what else might help is a big reason I joined this community 🙂

I'm on Tirzepatide, along with a small amount of reta, to keep the weight loss going. On top of that I have ulcerative colitis, which leaves me with abdominal pain and diarrhoea that persists even during remission, plus or minus ibs-d. Semaglutide was what I used before, and either it or tirzepatide slowed my gut down and eased the pain. Losing half my body weight and switching to a totally different way of eating probably did more, but it still helped a lot.

When it comes to arthritis, the weight loss that GLP's produce is a benefit, and a good number of other painful problems tied to inflammation improve thanks to the anti inflammatory action. The science behind this is quite strong. Sadly, when it comes to the other popular peptides that are available, human testing has been minimal or nonexistent, which makes using them far more of an experiment.

My pain has gone down a lot. I've got a low back injury that's decades old, and carrying 100+ lbs of extra weight clearly amplified everything 100x.

Whether the relief comes from less inflammation, dropping 70 lbs, the GHK-cu/KPV homebrew I inject daily, or something else, I genuinely can't say — but it's real, and I'm truly grateful for it!

Check out KLOW too. It has done wonders for how much pain I feel.
I'm really looking forward to receiving mine! It's expected to arrive this Saturday. What's your dosage, and how frequently do you use it? Is it once daily? Or twice daily?

Every day I use 2.75mg, drawn from 80mg vials that are already mixed. The extra overfill? I just overlook it. Whether my dose ends up slightly above or below, it makes no difference to me. Getting a clean 10 units is what I appreciate. And as far as I can tell, going with a larger dose wouldn't put me at risk.
