Does it live up to the buzz? Has anyone here actually seen noticeable changes from using it? And if yes, what dose were you on?

Acne has never been an issue for me, but my eczema is quite severe. Currently I'm also using KPV.

Hoping to hear some thoughts before I commit 🙂

Improvements may not become noticeable until several months have passed. Plenty of folks quit within only a few weeks, or after a couple of months at most.

GLOW has been part of my routine for about 8 months now, and KPV went in a couple of months back. At roughly the 2-month mark, softer skin was the first thing I picked up on. Another month or 2 after that, it hit me that the thick, cracked calluses on my heels no longer needed filing, plus my hair and nails were growing quicker. More recently, a few weeks ago, I began to see additional hair sprouting on my scalp, and it keeps coming in.

My husband uses it as well. Several months into his run, I noticed how soft his hands had gotten, despite all the manual labor he does (hobbies and home improvements mostly), which normally leaves them rough and callused.

If patience is something you have, it is absolutely worth it.

For me, the hype is justified. The same gains @cheaperseeker described have shown up for me too. On top of that, my skin feels firmer and has gotten thicker. My under-chin area and turkey neck have improved somewhat as well. Because I'm older, any change is easy for me to spot. It will always stay in my rotation.

Of course, results can vary from person to person, but what I've seen is that the majority report good things about it.

I picked some up not long ago and it hasn't shown up yet, though once I hit my weightloss target I plan to give it a go!

From what I dug up, most biohackers land somewhere around 0.5-3mg. Start at 0.5 mg to gauge how you tolerate it and what side effects show up, then work your way upward over the following weeks.

I also came across a few odd accounts about how much it hurts and how big the vials are; if the copper isn't diluted sufficiently with bac, or if KPV/BPC isn't used first, our bodies can react badly and the stinging may be more than you can stand, plus people advising against 100mg because the small vials allow for less dilution, and so on... 😭

Four weeks into Glow and the results are unmistakable. Hair is what stands out first: when I run my hand over it, there seems to be more of it, and it feels denser with fewer grey strands. Teeth and gums are the other area — before Glow they were rather sensitive, but now I could go at them with a steel brush and feel nothing. Skin condition hasn't shown much difference so far. There are still 2 weeks of the cycle to go, so perhaps something more obvious will appear shortly.

I used to share your view—hold off until reaching goal. Looking back, beginning sooner would have been better. That's roughly 1.5 years of possible advantages I missed. The amount you need to shed could change this.

I've wanted to explore this one further. A few of the other peps raise questions regarding their mechanisms of action and potential tumor growth, yet GHK-Cu appears quite clean.

Purity testing results have drawn some worry. I haven't examined it in detail, but it appears to involve how it is measured and some inconsistency with the labs. I dislike asking others to do my research, but I wouldn't mind if someone acquainted with the matter chose to share.

Yeah, I'd say it's worth it. I've finished 3 cycles of 8 weeks each so far, and I'm in the middle of my 4th. Every round has brought solid, if not huge, gains. The older you are, the slower it goes, so patience is key, just like other people here have said.

My plan is to keep going for a full year. During the first 3 cycles I used 2mg/day, but for this current one I raised it to 3mg/day, and it seems to be doing a bit more for me.

On top of that, I pair it with 1/2mg of KPV every day. That combo has wiped out the restless leg syndrome I've had for decades, eased some long-standing aches and pains, and improved my skin - hard to ask for more!

It's sitting at my place, still needs to be reconstituted before I can begin. Things have been chaotic recently, so I'll need a completely free day to deal with all of that.

I've come to understand that how much you get out of GHK-Cu is heavily influenced by how old you are. People who are 40 or older often see more pronounced effects, since younger individuals already have sufficient levels circulating. With age, copper stores drop off, which explains why older users tend to notice more from supplementing it.

My own routine began with 1mg of Wolverine Blend for 6 weeks, then I switched over to GLOW and have been on that for the last 8 weeks. Every single day I take 1 mg, and I don't take weekends off. The histamine response—bruising and lumps that show up for a few days post-injection—is something I'm STILL working to manage. Honestly though, it's a minor issue for me now because the results have made me happy.

At 68F, the Glow blend was likely to do me a lot of good regardless. But wow, this stuff has been fantastic in my case. Below are several improvements I've noticed since starting the Wolverine/Glow 1 mg daily shots:

  • Lymphorrhea that I'd had for 30-years (clear, straw-colored lymph fluid leaking through the skin, usually from severe or poorly controlled lymphedema) COMPLETELY resolved and the skin on my legs has returned to normal. (Not a single vascular or gp doctor at the Cleveland Clinic was ever able to fix this for me). Utterly gone and clear---THAT is a Christmas Miracle.
  • The cracked heels have healed and now look fine.
  • My skin feels smoother and a bit firmer (particularly around my stomach and thighs)
  • My face used to have darker, red splotches that almost looked like a lupus butterfly rash, but now the tone is even. In fact, my rheumatologist asks me at every appointment whether I've been diagnosed with lupus. LOL
  • Heel Fat Pad syndrome (a frequent, often long-term source of deep, aching, or bruise-like pain right in the middle of the heel, caused by thinning or breakdown of the heel's protective fat pad) has improved so much that I think collagen and fat pads are regrowing in my feet. This had been a problem for more than four years, and four different podiatrists had no solution or relief to offer.
  • The psoriasis-like scaly patches on my elbows and wrists are GONE. Completely gone.

So yes, I strongly suggest it for older individuals dealing with skin, collagen, or lymph problems. I've now got some KLOW that I'll move to once my reconstituted GLOW vial is used up in a week or two, since I've read that adding KPV can reduce the ISR.

Oh no, I literally just placed an order for the 100mg 🤣

That's the one I go with. Empty sterile vials of 10 mL are available for purchase, giving you extra capacity to dilute with additional bac water.

Same here. You get more value that way. 🤣

Ahh, fair point. To deal with the "failed" sterility tests from several vendors, I use filters, Hospira bac water, and empty vials to sterilize.

100 days straight at 5mg per day. Wrinkle lines have clearly gotten better, and the gray in my beard is getting darker. Now I have to trim my nails every 2 days. My hair has more thickness. I just put in an order for another 100mg kit. I've also got the topical AHK-cu, and my wife and daughter have only just begun using it. Every few days I take Zinc.

Same approach here. My method: add 3ml BAC to the peptide, pull 1.5ml from that, transfer it into a pen cartridge, then introduce another 3ml BAC, splitting 1.5ml into the cartridge and 1.5ml back into the vial. End result is 100mg sitting in 6ml of water. I went with this heavier dilution because GHK-Cu tends to sting, and I wanted to cut that down.

As for needles, I went with 8mm and now think that was a poor call. They keep bending on me. One bent just this morning, actually. After I get through the 200 I've got on hand, I'll give 6mm a shot.

I've seen that my arms aren't as flabby as before. Same with my neck. Whether GHK-cu is behind it, I can't say. It might just be me hoping for results. I really regret not taking measurements before the weight started coming off.
