GHK-CU vs GLOW: What's the final call?

Honestly, GLOW never seemed to do anything for me. That said, if I give it another shot down the road—perhaps once I've dropped more pounds and can judge how my skin is holding up—KLOW is likely what I'd pick. The price gap between it and GLOW isn't all that big.

Sharing an update on where I'm at with GHK-cu. Last week I got fed up with doing 2-3 injections per day (GHK-cu, KPV and TA1), on top of the 4th weekly shot of tirz every Sunday, so after some experimenting I landed on a workable routine. These days GHK goes in daily, KPV on alternate days, and TA1 2x per week (according to reports, 1.5 taken twice weekly works well as a maintenance dose).

The wildest part is that GHK on its own no longer triggers redness, itching or welts for me. Could just be that I adapted to it, but having zero reaction now feels like such a weight off. I think this routine will serve me well, since my number one aim is the skin/hair benefits people attribute to the copper, with immune support a close second, given I've always run a bit low on white blood cells and my allergies and eczema are living proof of how badly my body handles simply being alive. 😂

GHK-Cu and KPV can go into one vial, which cuts down the number of injections, or you could at minimum draw them into a single syringe. As far as I know, GHK-Cu and TA1 can also share a syringe. That way, you're down to just 1 pin daily, apart from the day you take tirz.

I had thought about doing that with GHK and KVP, and I might try putting them in one vial, but I would have to work out the reconstitution math first so each dose comes out right. As for drawing both into a single syringe, I doubt I would manage well—even now I frequently have to push and pull during extraction to deal with air and vacuum issues.

I keep hearing about combining 2 peptides—say GHKcu plus BAC—in a single syringe, but what's the trick to stop the needle from getting dull? Even when I only stick it into 1 vial, dull needles are a problem for me. I'm using Easy Touch syringes.

Hey all.

I just joined and I'm looking into GHK-Cu. I'm thinking about taking 2mg per day over a long stretch.

Because of the copper in it, I've noticed a few folks suggest adding zinc while on GHK-Cu to get better outcomes. What amount are you taking? If you take it at all.
Hey! I skip zinc since a number of doctors have said it isn't truly needed when your diet is well balanced and healthy. Overdosing on Cu is nearly impossible.

Swapping out a needle is always possible.

Over the past week on YouTube, I've seen claims that the GLOW stack can degrade GHK-CU, with people suggesting you should just use GHK-CU on its own. Personally, I'm drawn to the convenience of getting all 3 peptides together in GLOW, or all 4 with KLOW.

A few days back, someone here shared a video that tested GLOW's purity at the 30-day mark, and also checked a KLOW vial. So my question is: when you combine these 3 or 4 peptides, do they hold up at full 100% "intensity" over time?
That's incorrect. In a separate thread on this forum, I shared degradation studies from jano that address this. There is no evidence at all backing the mixing theory.https://verify.janoshik.com/tests/93983-KLOW_80MG_21day_degr_6CX5YA7PHJ28

One thing I notice: the test never says whether it was done after reconstitution. The person who posted the test claims that it was, but the lab report itself ought to include that detail.

Grab 1mL syringes that come without needles, plus needles in whatever gauge you prefer. After pulling from the vial, just swap the needle on.

For every 1 mg of GHK-cu you take, the suggested Zinc intake is 10x that amount in mg. That means with 2mg of GHK, you'd take 20 mg Zinc per day.
Are you talking about injectable zinc, or a supplement you take by mouth?

This is straightforward. In lyophilized form, mixing anything won't cause significant degradation, clearly. What we're uncertain about is whether breakdown happens fast after it's reconstituted into a blend. You appear to be leaning toward ridicule, so point out where my skepticism about the testing approach is foolish.

For 1 month now I've been dosing GHKCU from 10MG vials — 2mg daily, which works out to 2.4MGS per day. My trick for smoother shots: draw the dose, then top off the syringe with bac water, and I always hit the glutes. Lumps still show up, but the pain is gone, which is a big plus. It feels like my system has gotten used to the copper by now. As far as results go, it's really tough to pin down what it's doing — my aim is better hair and skin, and I've got twenty 10mg vials to work through, so I'm close to the halfway mark. How do I feel on it? Honestly, I'm a fan of GHKCU, and if you asked whether I'd repurchase, my answer would be yes — my body's feedback is that it feels good, and I've kept up my daily pins. Sure, next to something like HGH or Reta these compounds seem very subtle, but subtle doesn't mean they aren't doing anything. All in all, a thumbs up from me.

What's your planned injection stretch before you take time off?

I'm 2 weeks in, and my current plan is 12 weeks on, then 8 weeks off.

My plan is a 12-week run. During that opening week, the injection discomfort had me convinced I couldn't continue. These days, though, thanks to the dilution approach and how my body has adjusted, things feel far more settled, so I expect to finish all 12 weeks. That very 1st shot, with no dilution and going right into my belly, is something I won't forget — the pain stuck with me the entire night.

Fortunately, I barely notice any discomfort. Just some itching during the initial 2 or 3 injections.

After reading about how painful Glow injections are, I'm somewhat puzzled. For me, they're not uncomfortable in the slightest. There's only the usual little prick when the needle goes into my skin....

Every person reacts differently to injections..

ISRs caused by GHK-cu vary enormously—some people get nothing at all, while others deal with welts and soreness that stick around for months.

For a long stretch, nothing happened to me...months went by...while I was injecting KLOW into my abs, and then out of nowhere, yikes, the pain hit hard! I grabbed a ziplock bag with ice to dull the ache. Same thing went down with MOTS as well. These days I go SQ into either the love handle or glutes—so far, no issues...fingers crossed!🤞

There's a bruise on me that showed up 2 weeks back after a GHK-cu injection that somehow landed badly. Since then, though, I haven't gotten any fresh bruises, soreness, or itching.

I've been pinning it every day for roughly 4 weeks now. The only thing I can point to is slightly clearer skin — fewer breakouts on my face — but nothing else visible or obvious has come from it. I went ahead and bought another kit (50mg), and I'm holding out hope that the payoff shows up eventually.

Adding BCP or TB is something I'm still considering, but I need to read more before committing (that's the reason I keep GHK and KPV as separate pins rather than using KLOW)

Other than the weight coming off thanks to the tirz, my whole focus is on finding the peptides that deliver the most for skin and hair.
