GHK-CU side effects?

I may be loading up some GHK-Cu this weekend or next...My plan is to recon GHK and KPV with NaCL BAC water, maybe blend/filter them together in a sterile vile and run them together...I am hoping both the KPV and the NaCL BAC will lessen the injection site stings...Meh, if that's the route I go, I'll try and report on it...

Was it a resounding success?

It has been a resounding, 'not bad'...I am aware of the injection area...there is a slight sting, but no redness, bruising or hard spot. the sting goes away within 24hrs. I have just been alternating left and right thigh. I started at GHK-Cu/KPV - 1mg/.2mg, and upped it to 2mg/.4mg about 6 injections ago...I think tonight I will go to 3mg/.6mg and see what that is like...

As a side note, I have been pinning an additional 1mg of KPV in the thigh, and then putting the blend pin right on top of that...so maybe that helps as well... 👍

I'm using a 0.2mm micro needle roller I found on Amazborg. I use it immediately after a very hot shower, then apply the 4% GHK-Cu cream (also Amazborg). I hate giving them money but they make it so damned convenient...

In all honesty, the neck looks better. Maybe a 20% improvement? Also doing the stretching exercises I've seen posted on this site.

My wife is interested in GHK-CU, 50F. What’s a good starting dose and frequency? I’ve seen different things online.

My wife and I take it. Started at 1mg daily for 7 days. If tolerated, move to 2mg daily. That will give you 28 days from 50mg. Then cycle off for 2 weeks and come back at 2mg daily for 50 days (100mg). From there we cycle. 28 off, 50 on. I realize a lot of folks done cycle, but that’s our preference….forgot to mention I dilute to 10mg/mL so you will need a larger vial to filter into with 5mL of BAC (I use NaCl BAC for this one). CLEARLY NOT MEDICAL ADVICE

Glad to hear it's working better for you - there's just something about this pep that likes to bite no matter what lol. Appreciate your insights nonetheless!

I used to struggle with GHK-Cu causing a painful sting and leaving bruises, no matter how much extra bacteriostatic water I added.

I now follow the Anela GHK-Cu protocol, which involves mixing GHK-Cu with BPC-157. I draw 10.5 units of this mixture into a 1cc syringe, giving me 350 mcgs of BPC-157 and 1.75 mg of GHK-Cu. I then draw 500 mcg of KPV into the same syringe.

Some people say that combining all three peptides in one syringe could affect the pH. However, I still notice the positive effects, and I no longer experience any stinging or bruising.

I pin about 4" below the navel, 2" either side of centerline.

It would feel like I got shot by a BB gun if I pinned it in the usual area around the navel. I found a few inches lower there is significantly less pain.

I actually bought my first pens because I wanted to inject the GHK-Cu in the glute, but couldn't imagine the contortions necessary to do so with a diabetic syringe. But by the time the pens had arrived, I discovered this area was much less painful. So I just use the pen there.

Another plus of pens, I dilute the GHK-Cu across the vial and cartridge with an additional 3ml BAC water, which may help minimize the sting. I reconstitute the powder with 3ml, draw out 1.5ml, move it to the cartridge, and then take an additional 3ml, and split it, 1.5ml into each the cart and vial. End result is 100mg GHK-Cu split across 6ml of liquid.

Better? I dunno. Don't feel like I've been shot by a BB anymore at least.

As to the OP's question, no, no odd side effects of GHK-Cu; just the skin feels way more resilient, supple, and people comment my wrinkles are a lot less noticeable. I'm also doing collagen in my coffee, micro-needling and 4% GHK-Cu topical cream. I still have a turkey neck, though...

This is brilliant thank you!

Update: Have made some changes from my original research. I’m no longer convinced that NaCl BAC is compatible with the copper peptide so I’ve gone to regular BAC. I’m also blending with KPV and using a Gansulin pen. 10mg KPV/50 mg GHK-Cu. I recon the KPV with 3mL BAC. Draw out the KPV and use to recon the GHK-Cu. Filter into the pen cart.

Started GHK on Monday of this week. My HRV is consistently up and I have had the better recoveries and sleep than I have had in months! I'm not sure if it is causation or correlation, but ghk is the only think I've added to my stack, so I'm pretty pumped about this peptide.

I draw in an additional 20 units of bac water, let the ghk warm up for a few minutes, pin in alternating thighs, and have zero issues with pain or stinging injections.

I have one heck of a battle with the injection site pain. I've reduced my injections to once per week, as it sometimes remains painful for 2-3 days. Other times nothing. Weird.

I take prednisone for autoimmune issues, which destroys my skin. GHK-Cu is said to be helpful. So far, the topical stuff seems to help (Retinol, GHK-Cu 4%, Ceramides) but the jury is out on the injections and whether GHK-Cu coupled with BPC157/TB500 can do anything to combat prednisone skin thinning.

Daily injections did not seem to do much, add in the pain and it may not be worth it for me.

Lots of bac water - 6-10ml per 50mg Cu.

Aliquot it with Basic (2:1) and/or KPV (5:1).

Pin it side of the butt.

Cu degrades quickly. I toss after 28 days.

Daily pin: 4mg. No cycling. No regular zinc supplement.

I have almost the same setup. Do you cycle once the cartridge is empty?

I have done about 12 weeks of GHK-CU+KPV and doubting now to stop for 4 weeks or continu with another 50mg cartridge.

I am very interested to know why you made the choice to not cycle the GHK-Cu. What made you choose this?

There's no need to cycle. I found anecdotal (n=1) evidence of researchers testing it without cycling and decided that's what I would do. The benefits of Cu did not appear until about 4-6 weeks into initial use. Cu is only beneficial as long as one doses it.

Just one Question, can GHK-CU be pinned on the same day with Tirz together. On Sunday is my Tirz Day. So no Issue if i pin on Sunday Tirz & GHK-CU? Or it is better to break GHK-CU on this one day to avoid possible side Effects?

Fine. Only crazy stuff like adding them to the same vial/syringe would be a concern (since GLPs are never mixed with other peptides).

Truth....there are GLPs, and there's everything else...

and yeah, I run GHK everyday, even on tirz and reta days...all good...

I was doing 3mg morning and night for weeks with zero negatives

Down to one a day

My skin is smooth and shiny. Started adding glycine and collagen to support the goals here. Nothing on the hair front yet

I’m curious what your plan going forward with Klow will be. I have a kit I’m sitting on and waiting to take after I finish the Wolverine blend I’m taking for tennis elbow. Wondering if I should get more kits as well. Thanks

I do the same. 12 weeks on, 4 weeks off.
