Thought I'd post an update for anyone following GHK-Cu.

My first GHK-Cu shot was on May 9th, at 2 mg. Roughly three months have passed since, and there are definitely changes I've noticed.

What's changed:

  • My skin looks healthier, and the tone is more even.
  • Overall my complexion reads as brighter.
  • My skin feels smoother, and small cuts or blemishes heal a touch quicker.
  • My hair feels healthier and has a bit more shine. How much it's affects growth is still too early to say, but the texture has improved.
  • I look a little more "refreshed" in general, though pinning down any one specific thing is hard.
None of it was overnight. Things improved gradually, and comparing newer photos against older ones is where I noticed it most.

A short break is on my mind soon, given how consistently I've been running it, but on the whole I'm happy with how it's gone.

Anyone else on GHK-Cu:

  • What length of run did you do before cycling off?
  • Past the 3-month mark, did further improvements show up, or did it mostly level out?
Other people's experiences would be great to hear.

My pattern is 8 weeks on, then 3 weeks off, because around that point the effect seems to plateau for me. Currently in my 5th cycle. The slow skin improvements you describe have kept coming for me as well. So far it just seems to keep accumulating.

According to my app I'm at 142 doses of 5mg. Nothing has struck me either way, and nobody has commented positively or negatively. What I do dislike is that bee-like sting in the thigh and the permanent bruise on both. I'll keep using it since I'm not getting any younger.

No cycling for me. I've never seen my heels look better. Grey hair was never a big problem and there's even less of it now. My skin tone is more even and looks fresher. Cuts and scrapes close up faster.

Can you get hold of some KPV to pin alongside the GHK? I used to get big welts too, sometimes itchy and often bruising, back when the copper was all I was pinning. Adding KPV, and making sure the vial had at least 6ml of BAC in it, changed that - they almost never happen now (in fact it's around 2 months now since I last logged an ISR).

  • Mine has been going for more than a year and a half without a break.

GHK-CU was started on the same day you started yours, and pretty much the same things have happened for me. Red patches that lived on my face for years are gone now. A nail that used to split down the middle as it grew has completely healed. Collagen peptides were something I began last year trying to sort it out, but healthy hair and nails only arrived with the GHK-CU. And as you say, the changes are gradual.

A 2 week break between vials is all I take, though this time I reckon I'll just stay on it without stopping and keep the zinc supplements consistent. Next round the plan is 3mg a day.

A few things were started at once, so nothing can be pinned specifically on ghk-cu, but my skin does feel smoother since then (a couple of acne scars look a little lighter) and my nails are growing noticeably faster.

Well I'll be...reading what you wrote about the split nail, I glanced at my own thumb nail - the one that's had it 'forever'...and it looks way better!...never noticed until now... 👍

Mine will also just keep running continuously...I have plenty of it (still seems the cheapest pep around)...

A GB kit of GHK-Basic got ordered too, and I'll read up more on it, but it looks like something you can blend with GHK-Cu whenever the copper starts acting up on you...I dunno, but running with KPV, recon with NaCL, GHK-Basic...there's got to be a way for me to keep at it...👍

Male, 40+, week 6 of the glow blend and about 2.5mg GHK-Cu a day. Nothing visible or felt so far. Cancer in the family meant a long stretch of chronic stress, and I reckon it aged me considerably (wrinkles, white hair). Some of that damage reversing was the hope, but 6 weeks in I can't say it has.

For the majority, results (if any at all) take until the 12 week mark or beyond. Outliers obviously exist.

About 3 weeks on it for me. My knees are normally very bumpy. That's gone. Too soon for results is what I'd have thought, but these knees have been bumpy my entire life. So GHKCU has to be the reason. Only the first 3 pins stung. Nothing at all now. It had me wondering whether my GHKCU had gone bad or something.

A vial at 2:1 Cu and Basic is what I ran. It was fine. No spice. A different ratio might be worth trying next time to use up the Basic, though getting there will take a while.

Currently Cu:KPV 5:1 is what I'm running and it's spicy. A 3 month cycle is what KPV supposedly needs before benefits appear, so the full 3 months is what I've committed to. Evaluation at the end.

Patience, grasshopper. 😉 Seriously though, the benefit takes time to appear. And it doesn't seem to work for everybody. Fingers crossed it does for you.

Sorry to hear about your family 🫶🏻

If wrinkles and lines are the worry, someone put up a thread the other day called 'calling all the pretty ladies' or something like that. A skin and hair thread basically, and I dumped a ton of information in it on procedures, serums and creams, plus peptides that I've found help skin a lot. For results you can see sooner, I'd get a solid skin care routine going, maybe look into tret cream, and use a shampoo with colouring effects to soften the greys. Best of luck!

Pinning every day is going to continue for at least 3 months, as other posters advised, but I wanted to put my experience out there in case it's useful to somebody.

More research since then has basically landed me on the same conclusion: a good skincare routine delivers better results, at least where wrinkles are concerned, and there are actual studies behind that rather than the anecdotal evidence for subcutaneous GHK-Cu.

Retinol serum twice weekly is already underway, and I plan to switch to retinal or tretinoin if I can get hold of it. Everything I've read says tretinoin is the King, though retinal also gives great results without the bother of a prescription.

Tret, hands down. The retinol on shop shelves is a much weaker relative of Tret cream, itself a retinoid. Your Dr can prescribe it, and posts on here mention people sourcing it via India Mart

Sunblock as well, always sunblock on your face, even while driving. Everything you do for your skin adds up !
