I just mixed up a fresh T30 vial. It had been stored in the freezer before I reconstituted it. Now there’s something clinging to the inside of the vial, so I’d appreciate anyone telling me whether it’s still safe to inject!

Sure, give it 1 or 2 days; should it still not break down, discard it

a gentle swirl could do the trick

Those look like air bubbles to me. When I reconstitute, I vent the vials so the vacuum is released, and that gets rid of any bubbles.

With a reta pen cartridge that I had reconstituted and filtered, I ran into a comparable situation. The side had these incredibly persistent little bubbles clinging to it, so I put it in the fridge for 2 days and they were gone. I pinned it on Monday and up to now everything seems fine?
