Frozen tirz chunk or air bubble stuck to vial wall?

I just mixed up a fresh T30 vial. It had been stored in the freezer before I reconstituted it. Now there’s something clinging to the inside of the vial, so I’d appreciate anyone telling me whether it’s still safe to inject!

To me, that really comes across as bubbles. I'd give the vial a gentle swirl, then leave it alone for a bit and check whether it clears up.
