Hello, 1st actual post after my intro, be gentle.
I've been on T for a while now and while I don't have any hunger issues, never had before either, I do suffer from constant food noise and habitual/compulsive eating patterns. I read that Tirz helps with addictions too and decided to try it first.
I am noticing appetite suppression on tirz, but I still eat because it's habitual. And by eat I mean binge..It feels horrible but I'm used to overeating even if I'm full and it's all because of food noise, not actual appetite. However, when I see discussions on this people seem to use both concepts interchangeably and now I'm not sure if I can trust any online discussion on this.
Been looking into Cagri, but again, people say it's for food noise but then I see it gives you nausea and you never feel hungry which is just not the same. I want my cravings, the constant food chatter, the dopamine chasing gone, hunger I don't care as much. I can have less or keep it the same but as long as the noise doesn't go that won't matter much.
