Hydrate. Hydrate. Hydrate. A world of troubles some experience on GLPs can be avoided with good hydration habits.

Good idea. I wish I had taken my measurements and a picture when I started.

Just a verbose and loquacious member who posted a ton of stuff and then crash and burned. The posts were interesting to say the least. Some people really enjoyed the content and others blocked them from their feeds. I heard they are over on another board lighting it up 🤣
 
Id say, the best advice for me so far (it's new) is it's not a race. Titrate slowly if you are losing at current dose.

But ive gotten SO much helpful advice here that Id say, join GLP1Chat was incredible advice
