Don't wait to start resistance training. Losing weight at midlife looks completely different than losing weight at 20! Your body will thank you.

One of the ortho doctors warned me of muscle loss before I started on tirzepatide and I wish now that I had followed his advice and done more resistance training from the get go.

One at a time! Can’t separate what one is doing from the other if you’re popping two + new things.

That is very good advice! Nobody on this forum should ever ask you for money either 👌

I will happily accept money from any source at any time, send it! 🤣 Lol, clearly KIDDING Zippity!

"Don't think of a glp as a tool to loose wieght. Think of it as a tool, to make it easy to make good choises". Diet and exercise is how to loose wieght

That GLPs are not magic and you must prioritize a few things.

1. Hydration. Zero negotiation on this one and the most important one.

2. Nutrition. Track it and have it evaluated. Cronometer plus an AI works well. You will learn and live by the protein and the fiber. Supplements for the vitamin and mineral deficiencies identified by cronometer. There will be some nutrition holes to fix.

3. Exercise. The correct type will prevent lean muscle loss. Resistance Exercise. You don't want muscle loss.

4. Lifestyle Maintenance. Again, this is not magic. Use this time on the medication to develop sustainable, long-term habits regarding hydration, nutrition and exercise.

1 - Low and slow, it's not a race. I am 4 months in, on 2mg, started at .5mg

2 - track all calories

3 - find cardio you enjoy, make it part of your week

4 - Use this time where food noise is less to make better food choices

5 - 1g protein per kg as a guide

6 - strength training - at the very least, body weigh exercises, band work. Better to use weights

7 - purchase kits not singles. Purchase mg that makes sense for ur mg usage. No need for 20mg kit if ur are on a low dose.

DO NOT RELY on RETA only. This will set u up to fail longterm.

It makes no difference whatever the doctors or anybody says about training to an overweight person. From the beginning, I was planning to start training everyday. But it was always postponed from day to to day, until I have lost 20kg. Then I could start and at the moment training daily.

Motivation is a must . But you can only do what your body allows you to do.

@Grogu Hey pal, can you spot me $20 for GB shipping fees? I’m a little short. You can Venmo me at @ThisIsTotallyNOTaScam 🤣

My dearest and most trusted friend,

I am delighted to inform you that I can provide the requested $20 shipping fee. However, the funds are currently tied up in a royal Nigerian bank account containing $47.6 million. To release your $20, I will first require a modest $500 processing fee, your mother’s maiden name, and the name of your first pet.

Once these formalities are completed, the money will be transferred immediately and you will also receive 15% of the royal fortune for your assistance.

God bless you for your discretion in this urgent and highly confidential matter. 🤣

Be prepared to have a buy (direct or group) go awry. Sooner or later it happens to everyone. At any one time, never spend more than you can afford to lose.

Love this advice! I don’t buy more than I can lose without crying too much….

I also think this every time I send crypto. I know barely enough about crypto to be seriosly dangerous 😂.

It's clearly a scam. The English, spelling, capitalization, and punctuation are perfect.

Eh he’s kind of a love him or hate him kind of guy. I will say he always made me feel better when I made mistakes bc his response to everything was essentially “eh it’s fine, pin it”
